The whole user experience is easy to use and fun. One of the major struggles I had, especially as a newer photographer, was getting the images down to a reasonable number. I wish there was this kind of tool back then! I ran it on a wedding that had about 4k images between two photographers and it got them down to 1432, which was the perfect amount to show the bride. She chose her favorites from there and it was a great experience.

I actually had already gone through the images on my own before testing it and it took me about 2-3 days to get through all the images, mainly from fatigue in going through them. All in all it was about 8 hours in front of the computer. Filterpixel sorted through all 4k images in roughly 2 hours. But the beautiful part about that? I didn’t have to be hands on during that time. I was able to respond to emails, listen to books, and serve my clients in active ways instead of being stuck editing behind the computer.

I also have to say that I ran it with all my normal apps open on my laptop just to test it out. It was probably slower because of that and probably would have run faster on my desktop without all the tabs open in chrome. But I was trying to push the software.

Overall, it did a great job and saved me time and frustration.

Even though not perfect, I still have to give it a 5 out of 5 because it does save a lot of time. I can preview photos quickly and add photos back in quickly. I am not a professional so I end up taking a lot of photos. I cut my review time at least by 50%.

This program is so great for speeding up my sorting work flow. I always found it so annoying to have to zoom in while sorting Lightroom to double check focus & facial expression, but the zoom in on face feature is a game changer - I love it.

FilterPixel is a fast and convenient software, easy to use with a great result. Culling is no more a boring task lasting hours and hours. Helpful customer service.

Great! I feel like I have a new assistant, Phil P. I have 20k photos to go through this week (busy season, minis and weddings) and this has saved me a tremendous amount of time! Best money ever spent if your busy photographer with a lot of culling. Also, the customer service is great, can't beat that!

After trying various AI powered culling softwares, I
have found a clear winner: FilterPixel. The software covers all my needs and is fast and convenient, even if not initially tailored for a photogrammetry/videogrammetry workflow.

The folder import was flawless. The interface is well thought out, if a bit spartan. The 'Adjust focus quality' slider is a lifesaver for projects sometimes comprising more than 4000 frames/photos: tagging and weeding out the worst out of focus offenders was just a matter of waiting (not long) for the auto culling to finish and adjusting a slider. I would heartily recommend FilterPixel to anyone dealing with lots of images, even if your final use falls outside the usual photography categories.

I am completely floored by how amazing this product is! I am saving countless hours of going through my sessions to look through duplicates and choose the best photos, because FilterPixel does it all for me! I don't have to just trust it, either. I can quickly go through the stacks of similar shots and compare, and see the rejected photos and why, and have my photos rated according to AI as which is best from a technical perspective. So very helpful and time saving!!!! I've already squealed about this to anyone who would listen.

Very simple to use and great at selecting images that are not up to par. This makes culling your images so much easier. If you have not bought this product yet, please do because you won't be disappointed.

It just works. I have tried so many other culling apps and was hesitant about trying FilterPixel. I am so glad I did. It's fast, reliable, and gets it right the first time. Going through duplicates is a breeze because the AI has already picked the best one. I'm so happy to add this to my workflow.

I've tried other AI based culling software, so I was skeptical that FilterPixel would work...but it DOES! This software saves me so much time culling because it takes me out of the equation... If you are someone who agonizes over which photo to select and ends up selecting way too many as selects, give this a try! It's accurate right out of the gate, and it learns your preferences over time. Finally, a culling solution that I can use!

Filter Pixel is a LIFE SAVER. It has HELPED me so much in getting albums out ON TIME and even early. It is super great at selecting the best of each series of photos and you can event go in and edit it so it can get to know what you like even more! SUPER amazing.

FilterPixel is a huge timesaver. As a couple and family photographer, I often take hundreds of photos in a single hour! Being able to preview and cull all my shots before I edit them is such a game changer. FilterPixel automatically removes missed focus and blurry photos. And then being able to see similar images in a group to select the best ones is so useful and has helped me provide a ton of posing variety to my clients. FilterPixel has significantly cut down my post-session processing time and I would recommend it to anyone who feels overwhelmed culling after sessions!

I've been a photographer for 19 years, professionally for 15. I've struggled with culling for years! I got in a habit of overshooting when I first started and now continue it because I just like to have options. So I'm left with tons of great but sometimes similar images. Because of this I tend to give out way too many images and this product helped me so much in cutting down what I edit. I've stopped editing multiple images that are too similar, the amount of time I'm saving is well worth the monthly product fee. Plus, getting rid of the duds from a wedding in a matter of minutes is just exciting! I hope this helps other photographers the same way it has me.

I am terrible about taking way to many frames at every shoot. This software automatically culls my photos to a manageable number quickly and easily. I especially love how it can tell if my photos are in focus as I like to shoot with a very shallow depth of field and it can be difficult to tell if focus is soft. Highly recommended.

I’ve only uploaded 2 sessions to Filter Pixel but so far it has drastically decreased my culling time which is a huge plus!

After using a different culling system for about 2 years i finally got up the nerve to try a new one. Filter Pixel was the first name in my google search. It was love at first use. (well second use) as I had to send in a request for customer service for a small glitch and wow, i had a response in less than 5 min and interacted with the team via zoom. It was and still is the best customer service i have every experienced. I can cull 800 photos in less than 20 min and my workflow has been the best it's ever been. I only wish i hadnt spent the time or the money using the old PM version i was using. Glad I found this product.

FilterPixel has been an innovative and time-saving addition to my workflow, and it's getting better the more I use it. After a few months of consistent use as a professional photographer, I'm able to confidently eliminate looking at about 1/3 of my images that the AI sorts into the "Rejected" category based on image quality, facial expressions, etc. saving me hours upon hours over time. The small team of developers are very responsive to issues and continue to fix little things that I've noted to them in my experience. I'm confident FilterPixel will save most photographers processing more than a a few hundred images per import a noticeable amount of time.
