Dont bother with this chap he wouldnt stop talking when we asked about a fire assessment report , told us his life story , asked for half of thepayment up front then didnt turn up for the appointment, rang us back 4 days after and said he wasnt well and would it be ok if he came tomorrow and could we send the rest of the money so he could put petrol in his van. we didnt and used someone else

Surveyed the wrong part of the house, spent 3 weeks promising me the report for the correct part of the house and then eventually (after calling them 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks) they just resent me the original incorrect report. The chain of sales collapsed due to the time wasted and I don’t have the words to express how angry I am. Avoid this company they are beyond useless

Prompt straightforward service - the consultant showed up on time and the report was both thorough and delivered quickly - allowing me to move forward with my property sale. The customer service was great - scheduling was quick and efficient. Much appreciated!
