Needed new part for my surround
Needed new downlights for my surround. Found them easily on website, good info so I knew they would fit and easy to order. Came within 2 days as expected. Very satisfied.

Great service
Ordered a bulb .they sent wrong bulb .I phoned explaining this.they sent out a replacement no questions asked .I didn't even need to return the other bulb .the person I spoke to on phone was very nice and easy to deal with .not very companies like this nowadays

Quality Fire - Great Price
Easy ordering process, great price, super fast delivery ( next day) and a question I had about the fire was answered quickly, which was appreciated. The fire appears to be a quality product, it looks & feels substantial & the flame effect ( which is all I use) looks great, it will be fab on a cold winters eve. I’m very impressed overall, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Fireplace Factory Outlet

Love love love. I am amazed at how cheap but good quality this fireplace and surrounding is, it was super easy to built. Fast delivery and looks amazing in my living room,

I was dealing with Simon from Fireplace Factory Outlet in UK via email in Western Australia. Simon responded quickly to my enquiries, did some research to find a part (which was not available in Australia), the part was reasonable priced, and Simon worked with me constructively when I arranged my own delivery via Royal Post.
