The bus driver, Mike, was awesome. He was accommodating and made sure that the wedding party arrived on time.

The drivers were all very cooperative and helpful. We had 5 buses! When I called customer service at the facility, we used the people were very accommodating.

I had reached out to book with you all and spoke with a very nice lady who set up my reservation for my WEDDING. Based on that conversation and receiving the CONFIRMATION email I felt we were ready to go. Booked a bus for 8 hours to take guests from the hotel to the venue and then at the end of the night to take guests from the venue to the hotel...this is where the problem began. The bus NEVER SHOWED!!! We had called and called the after hours number. There were two numbers to call, one was out of service and one never called back. We had left dozens of messages. We are now 4 days past and still have not had a return call from ANYONE! We left messages on the regular phone number, tried calling again during business hours, and still HAVE NOT HAD A RETURN CALL! Even when our credit card was already charged for the service and still have the audacity to send a customer service review. If I could give negative stars I would.

With no transportation our WEDDING CEREMONY WAS DELAYED.

What kind of after hours number is provided and doesn't respond all and provides a number not in service?!

This is the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
