We reserved round trip, in our way the driver was late 37 minutes and was hard to find phone number to contact, it was hard for kids to keep waiting out in cold but in our return back was in time

This is our first year using First Student, they are very prompt getting back to you and are always pleasant to work with.

Late for a pick up on Sunday, but besides that, it was great.

The bus didn't show!!! I texted the number that was on the confirmation number and called. No one responded. I had a group of 25 waiting for transportation for 5 hours. Awful!!!!!

Driver waited around the corner instead of in front of the building therefore I did not know that he was here and we left late for our trip.

Joe arrived in time and was very courteous. He was a hit with my guests!! Would definitely use the service again and would love for joe to be our driver.

As a local wedding planner I have used First Student multiple times. However this past weekend, Saturday, August 7th, for the first time we had two buses completely no show. No calls. No one showed up. And no one tried reaching back out. The company had been called multiple times. The after hours number we were given went straight to voicemail. And I’m not sure how you can provide an after hours/emergency number if the number or person is unreachable. Not only was this incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, this could of put guests in danger. Guests were encouraged to enjoy their evening because there was BOOKED/CONFIRMED transportation to get them safely to their next location. As someone who works with this company a lot & we push clients to use this company because we have had zero issues prior, this weekend has resulted into putting guests at risk and also making us look bad. No call and no show is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will have no choice but to urge guests not to book this service for future events due now not being able to trust it.

My couple deserves a full refund because their card had already been charged and the service definitely did not get carried out. And their guests were then forced to order alternative transportation at their own expense because our confirmed/ PAID transportation never showed up. Which I believe somehow the couple or guests should be credited money for that added expense.

We will be making additional phone calls to get to the bottom of this.

Very punctual, friendly and professional

The buses never showed up I am reaching out to the better business bureau. This was a memorial for a friend that passed away last year and it was completely ruined.

The driver was on time and very respectful. She was helpful in loading the kids on the bus with their luggage.

The booking department was great to help find 2 buses last minute! (night before) The buses arrived at both locations promptly without any confusion. The drivers for both buses had directions, were ready to travel and were very friendly to staff and children.
