Our driver was on time, friendly and the bus was very clean! Everything was fantastic!

Disappointed!
Firstly, when calling the company, the robo takes us through various numbers before getting to speak to a real person. In many cases, the person would not be available and we would have to leave a message and wait for a response after a few hours. This happened multiple times.

Secondly, there was a late fee of $100 hundred despite booking 5 days in advance. Who considers 5 days to be LATE?
After our booking, even the cancellation fee was $150. We felt as we were stuck one way or the other. Then, we came across another company who was willing to book for us even on the same day of the trip without any extra charges. Plus the rate was much cheaper. Others have also used that company and gave positive feedbacks.

Thirdly, there was a mention of additional fees on the contract of "$100 if caught eating or drinking", "$500 for bodily fluids etc."
We lost many students and parents did not want to send their children out of the fear of these reasons.
It doesnt cost $500 to clean up liquid.

We will be hesitant in booking with your company in the future.

We used first student charter for our wedding guests to shuttle them to all the wedding events and home at night. They were so accommodating with road construction and leaving earlier for my wedding guests. Our drive was amazing and made sure all my guests including myself made it on the last trip of the night! He made sure to communicate with me throughout the night! Highly recommend to help make your event

Multiple times the busses have arrived15-30 minutes late to pick up our campers for their field trip causing them to loose out on attractions time.

The bus driver was great and worked well with us!

Bus is always here at the school ahead of time to ensure we get to our destination with plenty of travel time.

Bus was a little late but the driver was wonderful to myself and my students. Very safe and fun.

Company arrived on time. Upon loading the bus, the driver told me to sit behind him to explain how to get there. I went to print the direction and was told, I’m old and I need to help him. I also directed him on the return ride. Basically I was the GPS going there and back. I have never had this experience. Note: There are also no seat belts on the bus for young children safety.

Great service, They were able to provide transportation for our eight grade field trip when we were having trouble finding transportation. In over all our rating would be 5 stars starting from customer service to the bus drivers.

Placed three different bus reservations with First Student and two of the buses did not show up to the school. 3rd and 5th grade class did not get to attend their class field trip.
