I must also thank John who was the first contact we had with FirstCom, for the support when we were having problems with our previous provider and Bethany who made sure everything was in place for the move.

We’ve been with Firstcom since 2019, when we initially upgraded our old Samsung telephony system to an NEC onsite solution. More recently, we’ve moved over to their cloud-based system on a leased line, and once again the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
On both occasions, Nigel and his engineering team have been fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the installation, configuration, and staff training. They made what could have been a complex transition feel smooth and straightforward.
From the very beginning, John provided a competitive quote and took the time to ensure we were getting the right solution for our needs. Our project manager Carly was equally impressive, keeping everything well-organised and guiding us clearly through each stage of the process.
Overall, we’ve felt very well looked after as a customer. The level of service, communication, and support has been consistently high, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Firstcom to other businesses looking for a reliable telecoms partner.

I had a great experience with Firstcom Europe. The team were really helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte the provision co-ordinator was extremely understanding to our needs also.
A special thank you to Jim Dutton who managed the procurement side of the new contract was very knowledgeable as well as Domonic.
The site engineers that came to site - Joe & George - both were friendly and made the whole thing really straightforward.
Their customer service was excellent.

I had a very specific requirement and both Charlotte Murphy and Kyle Roddy worked really hard to try and make it happen for me.
Kyle has been brilliant from my very first call right through to coming out and completing the installation himself, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more from him. Nothing was too much trouble. Genuine good guy who’s good at what he does.
Charlotte was also really helpful and supportive throughout the process, working tirelessly to get my requirements

Overall, our experience with this telecoms provider has been positive. The service itself is reliable and generally excellent, and when you do need to speak to someone, all the staff are consistently helpful and professional.
The one ongoing frustration is the automated email system. It can be overly persistent, sending multiple copies of the same message—particularly invoices—which quickly becomes irritating and creates unnecessary inbox clutter, and confusion as to what is an invoice and what is a 'copy invoice' . . . . this is way too much 'noise' coming from the same company!!!
Thankfully, the quality of the team softens this irritation. In particular, Rachel O’Byrne in Accounts has been outstanding. She’s understanding, responsive, and genuinely very helpful, and her support has made dealing with any issues far easier.
If the automated email system were improved, this would be a five-star provider. The "human" side of the company is real (not chat-box) and already there.
