Changing the old copper telephone system to a new VoIP system took just over a month with no downtime. The communication from Charlotte start to finish was faultless

Great company to work with - Carly scheduled everything and coordinated with ourselves, liaised between our IT company & engineers.
Engineers on site were respectful of the environment and extremely helpful led by Nigel. The replacement system was explained to staff and left fully operational. An excellent experience and I would highly recommend Firstcom Europe.

We recently moved our services to Firstcom Europe and had the pleasure of working with Carly Winrow during the porting process. Our previous supplier was extremely difficult to deal with, which made the transfer more complicated than it should have been. Carly went above and beyond to keep everything on track, consistently chasing updates, keeping us informed, and making sure nothing was missed. Her persistence and clear communication really made the difference and took a lot of stress off our team. Thanks to her hard work, our numbers were successfully ported with minimal disruption. Their personal service has been first rate. Far and away more than I would have ever expected. My father has been a longstanding customer, but now has very modest needs. The support from Collette Green and Carly Winrow has been sympathetic and responsive. This was to transition his line to digital.

Great experience and support after implementing a new phone system. Tom our account manager offered us several solutions and arranged demo's, and provided clear info on pricing and features.
Once we had chosen the Universe system Carly was fantastic in arranging for Nigel to visit site and complete the install/software update, he was friendly, helpful and gave us many tips on how to use the software, App etc.
Carly has also given us fantastic support with general enquiries and fixing small teething and setup issues.
Overall a great experience and we're very happy with the support and advice we received but most importantly the phone system has met all of our expectations.
