Delivery problems
Delivery was looking really good but then it turned into total confusion. In the end actual delivery occurred 6 days later than Fishpond emails to me were saying.

DONT ORDER FROM FISHPOND NZ!!
I posted a review here a month ago hoping to get a response from fishpond NZ regarding 2 books that I ordered 3 months ago as there seems to be no other way to contact them. there online tracking system and there website email contact doesn’t work giving an error message. After posting here ,they replied and I sent them the information that they requested, through this site , but have not yet heard back. still waiting for my books and a message back with a new delivery date.. it seems that they reply on here to show that it’s legit and they trying to fix the issue , but they do nothing about it , I’m so sick of waiting for these books and I don’t understand how they have any positive reviews on here , if I could give them a minus (-)10 , I would . I can’t even get a refund . There is absolutely no way to contact them . If u like throwing away money, order from these guys !! I just want a legit way of communicating with them .. so if u happen to reply this time , please give me an email that works.

It appears your order was automatically cancelled and refunded due to a payment dispute, which stopped the fulfilment of your books. While that explains why you haven't received your order, it shouldn’t have prevented you from reaching us, and I’m sorry that it did.

Delivery Times - variable.

Another book (separate order) was shipped from NZ and took about 3+ weeks

Waited two months for my order to…
Waited two months for my order to arrive and they cancelled my order after this long. Reasoning: “it’s out of stock”… after two months? No further reasoning was given from them. The item can be sourced and is available on there site as well? But “it will take ‘time’ to arrive” “hence we cancelled your order”. Is their response.
They refuse to help you out and are a complete waste of time, they send automated responses such as “this is not what we strive for” “we’ll send you a private message” and proceed to do nothing about it.
