Great service, can't do enough to help.
I've been using Fit Filtration for a couple of years since setting up a large reef tank. Their help and advice had been invaluable, and they will go out of the way to help their customers, even being on standby whilst I was on holiday and left my tank with a house sitter.
Paul and his team are friendly welcoming and helpful, they have a wealth of knowledge, a good range of livestock and dry goods at all times.

Dishonest, robbing, cheating.
Took some coral in to trade and was told I would receive give voucher by email. Week later after no email went back for coral to find it half sold but was told it bleached and had to be thrown away.
A very dishonest owner who doesn’t think twice about ripping off people who shop there.

Sorry to her hear of your eperience. We explained that your corals were not in a very good shape when you brought them into the shop and you unfortunatelly had called in unannounced leaving the stock with us which is not the way we like to deal with stock... The bad stock we had to throw away that you brought was not fit for resale and this was explained to you at the time... We tried to help you by taking your stock into our store and helping you out by rehoming the stock.
