Zeana was really great. Answered all my questions and was very informative when doing so. She showed me a wide range of different places in my price range and really understood the type of property I was looking for. I cannot recommend her enough not only is she good at her job she is an amazing person too!

Sophia is incredible! We had a lovely online viewing with Sophia and she was so friendly and relatable. We had a bit of a laugh during the viewing but she was really professional and informative. Of a number of experiences over the years, we have never had the superbly detailed and responsive management that we find with FIT, Sheffield.
We are kept in touch, photographic details forwarded as appropriate, problems if arising are reported and solved. In the office, there is a sense of focus and collaboration, overseen with comfortable leadership.

Zeana showed us around some houses today and was so nice and helpful. She answered every question we had and made us feel so comfortable.

Our experience using Fit Property was great from start to finish. They helped us organise a viewing for a property with less than a days notice and were very flexible around our schedule. Nadia was dealing with myself and my housemates and she really went above and beyond from arranging the viewing to making sure we moved in on our preferred move in date.
We had some issues during our referencing process and again she came up with multiple solutions to help us, and was ultimately the reason we were able to complete our move. Without Nadia’s help I think we would definitely still be in temporary accommodation and struggling to find a place! She is a credit to herself and the company and we all had nothing but great things to say about her! Thanks again Nadia, you’re the real MVP!

My sibling encountered significant issues when attempting to recover their deposit after ending a joint tenancy. Despite Fit Property’s claim that they do not manage the property and have no involvement with deposit deductions, their role as an intermediary places them in a unique position of influence and responsibility.

From our perspective, Fit Property seemed actively involved when it came to collecting fees and rent. However, when it was time to ensure fair treatment and the return of deposits, their involvement appeared to diminish. This inconsistency raises concerns about the transparency and accountability of their practices.

Moreover, this situation is not just about the financial aspect anymore—it’s about principles. It is about safeguarding students, particularly international students, from potentially unfair practices by both property management firms and landlords. International students often face unique challenges and vulnerabilities, making it imperative for firms like Fit Property to uphold higher standards of fairness and integrity.

This experience has highlighted the need for greater scrutiny and diligence when dealing with rental agreements and intermediaries. I strongly urge prospective tenants to be cautious and to thoroughly investigate the practices of any property management firm they consider engaging with.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend, an international student, who has already been navigating numerous challenges, including being the sole breadwinner for his family. His recent ordeal with Fit Property has been nothing short of inhumane and disgraceful.

Here's the rundown: Fit Property initially took a £200 deposit from him and his housemates. After their contract ended, they handed over a measly £33, conveniently transferred to one housemate, who they then claimed was the "main contract holder." This left my friend without his rightful share, and now the housemate is refusing to return the money. Fit Property washed their hands of the issue, stating they're just deposit holders, and suggested they resolve the matter among themselves. Truly, what a stellar example of professionalism.

Fit Property's conduct is a classic case of a big company prioritizing its profits over basic human decency. It seems they’re more focused on doubling or tripling their investments than on treating their tenants with any semblance of fairness or respect. It’s not even about the money anymore; it's about the sheer disregard for people's struggles and well-being.

For an international student trying to support his family, this kind of behavior is beyond unacceptable. Fit Property’s actions are not just unprofessional, they are outright inhumane. Their lack of transparency and responsibility is a disgrace to the rental industry.
