Incredible service from start to finish!

Everything was so easy to arrange and I had plenty of updates so I knew exactly what was going on. The team were very helpful and understanding that I would want my car back asap. The link to upload images too was easy to use and very effective at helping to keep the process of the repairs as fast as possible. Payment and returning my car was simple to arrange and the work carried out is fantastic! It’s like having a new car!

As the third party in an insurance claim it was reassuring to find that my car was repaired to an extremely high standard within a very short time. So impressed was I that I have had further work carried out since!

Fix auto were great, they kept me updated with everything that was happening with my car.
They would make sure I was happy, and any questions I had they would answer to best of their knowledge.

I was impressed with the level of detail in the estimate, and that each item was costed. A complete set of photographs was taken. The company promised to keep me informed, and this they did on a regular basis. The work was carried out to a high standard, and the car presented clean and polished. Given the amount of work I believe the estimate was fair.

I only have GOOD things to say about Fix Auto Cheltenham.

My car went in via Insurance, they called me the same day my insurance initiated and they even pre-booked me with the hope parts will arrive in time (Hyundai are slow!) which I was really thankful for. I drove it over for a quick assessment and the young lad who looked it over was great, it was like minus 4000 degrees outside and he was a champ, took pictures of everything, told me to mark everything down on the accident as it needs to be restored back to how it was, definitely felt looked after.

They picked my car up and dropped off a courtesy car on the day agreed, and off the car went. It took 1 week to repair, a full door replacement, I believe mirrors (they look brand new!) and even getting a dent out of the A pillar, how do they do this? Does Magneto work there or something lol I was extremely impressed, it looks pristine, infact everywhere they repaired looked better than how it left the manufacturer!

They brought the car back to the house and took the courtesy. The car was spotless inside and out, they mentioned having a new valet company so definitely top notch, I felt bad as I went into the car same day with muddy boots on a dog walk lol.

5/5, 10/10, A+ service, they were always great to me. The 2 people on reception are very easy to talk to and were super friendly.

First time I have used this garage and the experience was faultless from start to finish, I turned up for my mot I was explained how long it would take and if any issues appeared they would ring me with the details before completing the work. A couple of things were flagged up and they let me know straight away with prices and time frames so I wasn’t in the dark which has happened in other garages, once authorised the car was ready at the time I was told, the price was exactly the same as agreed and the work was top notch. All the staff were very polite. The price was very reasonable, I will be using these guys moving forward for any car issues I have. Highly recommended

My car went into Fix Auto for repair after a neighbour had damaged the off side doors.
It went in on a Monday and was returned a week the following Thursday.
I looked at the repair, which seemed okay and signed on the dotted line.
What I did not expect was finding the interior of the car covered In a thick layer of fine powdered dust.
To add insult to injury, my parcel shelf was missing.
If a vehicle can be returned in such a shabby manner, what sort of repair job have they done?
My vote is one of no confidence.

You were honest and upfront all the time, despite my repairs being spread over several months which was entirely beyond your control. You came and collected my car when Enterprise let me down and kept me fully informed over several days while the job was being done. You also did an MOT and fitted a new battery, all without labour charge.

Extremely Poor Communication!!

Car was booked in via my Insurance company after an accident, initially contact was made via Fix Auto’s head office and I was told that their Cheltenham branch would look after my repair stating someone would be in touch to discuss.

After no contact and two weeks had passed I rang several times eventually getting hold of them only to be told that they were extremely busy and to send pictures of the repair required and once again someone would be in touch.
Took comprehensive pics and sent them over, again heard nothing. After chasing them again I was told that they would need to see the car, not sure why this wasn’t the case in the first instance, I can only assume to waste more time. Had to drive my damaged car for an assessment and on face value they seemed like nice people but once again told I’d hear from them with an update. Another week passed and without hearing anything I sent an email asking for updates. On receipt of my email I got a reply telling me they cannot do the repair as the car is classed as prestige.
I don’t know how long I’d have waited to be told this and if it wasn’t for me prompting them I don’t think they have even told me.
To me it felt like they never wanted to do the job or didn’t feel they could do it to the standard required. Left very disappointed during what was an already stressful situation and have wasted countless weeks in the process of getting my car repaired.
On ringing their head office I was told I’d be better off looking for my own repairer…I have had to start all aging with another company.
Would not recommend if your insurance company uses a Fix Auto repair shop.

An excellent service! The job on my vehicle was carried out to a very high standard, with a prompt a courteous service. Not only was the job completed on time, but the team went above and beyond by giving my vehicle a complete valet inside and out, to the point where it actually looked better than when I originally purchased it! Thanks Fix Auto!

I was kept informed throughout the process and my car was delivered back to me repaired and absolutely spotless. There was a long wait for parts but not the fault of fix auto

Happy with the fix second time lucky. Disappointed with some of the service.

My car went in with a small amount of damage to the front, and was only in for 4 days which was good. Unfortunately, when I drove to pick up my car on the Friday, I saw 2 marks on the area that was fixed, (which they did go and polish out), and the trim piece that was replaced was unfortunately not lined up with the existing trim piece that was still on the car. I pointed this out but was told that this was due to new vs old and wasn’t the affected area, so reluctantly accepted as it didn’t seem like anything would be done regarding this.

When I arrived home, I went to park, and my parking sensors and parking system inside the car, which was working fine when they collected the car (1.5 months after the damage occurred) were no longer working, saying unavailable and making a loud bleep noise. I called on the Monday morning to report the issue, and was asked to bring my car back that day.

They found a fault in the parking system and needed to keep the car to repair this, so gave me a courtesy car which was appreciated greatly. I was called the next day and told that they were also unhappy with the trim piece (the part that I pointed out when I originally collected the car!) and we’re replacing it! Although I was happy this was being replaced as I would have originally expected, i was somewhat confused as to how my car was signed off as complete/to standard the first time, yet when someone else saw it when I took my car back, they were unhappy with it and wanted it replaced? Why was the same standard not followed on the first time?

Finally when I had my car re-delivered back to my workplace, I was very disappointed to find that my car was given back to me with 5 miles of fuel left in my car, which I had to stumble to the petrol station on my way home from work, my car reading 0 miles when I managed to get to the petrol station. I thought this was a very poor service considering I had to make a 45 mile round trip to take my car back to them after the issues and errors from when I collected my car the first time, and also after the fact I had refilled the courtesy car to the original fuel level to give it back. So I am now out of pocket, after putting £20 of fuel in the courtesy car, and then having to also go and fill my car up too. Thanks.

Finally happy with the repairs, distaste from the overall service unfortunately.
