Great service, helpful and professional

From the first time they have contacted me and right up to returning back my repaired car, they have been excellent.

Highly recommend Fix Auto, they have carried out some exceptional work on my Brand New Transporter, I had only had it 22 hours before some idiot damaged it. Through the insurance Fix Autos carried out the repairs to main dealer standard and beyond. As the saying goes “you can’t see the seam” absolutely brilliant work, and to top it off they deliver back to you place of choice.

We had a Very Good Experience with Fix Auto UK. The Garage contacted us on the same day and we booked in our car with them. They provided a Courtesy Car. Nina from Fix Auto rang me to update me regularly regarding the work being carried out.

Our Daughter was turning 18 and they got the Car back to us on her Birthday. Higlhly recommend Fix Auto.

I received excellent service and great customer care from Nina and the team. A courtesy car was delivered within a couple of hours after initial phone call. Fab job done on the car. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Quality of work seems good but customer service lacking. Communication was poor I had to call repeatedly for updates. Left without a car all weekend with no notice until late Friday was disappointing.
