My repair was done through my insurance and they made contact with me the next day with a date for repair that fitted in with a holiday. Upon returning the repair had been done expertly and I certainly would use them again. The paint work is excellent and the car was clean and there was no problem with the excess payment needed.

Helpful from the outset. Superb body job. Would have been helpful to have an earlier confirmation of likely completion date.

Fix Auto were great from the moment we contacted them. They came back to us quickly to find out more about the services we required and then sent us a quotation within 24 hours. They kept us up to date with progress during the work and the job was completed within the timeframe and quotation given to us. The office team were very friendly and helpful during drop off and collection too. Excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

Very professional service, very satisfied with the bodywork job. My insurance also included a courtesy car which I picked up and returned hassle free from Fix Auto.

Overall, the work was done to a good standard and I’m pleased with the result. My only concern is that the time taken was quite long. I understand there may have been a delay due to a shortage of parts from the manufacturer, but it wasn’t clear whether the delay was caused by the manufacturer supplying the materials or by Fix Auto.

The whole experience of having my car repaired by Fix it Auto Portsmouth was exceptional, within three hours my car was collected and at the workshop . I was kept informed about all the work undertaken, the quality of work was excellent. I would recommend Fix It Auto for any of your vehicle body repair .

Despite Suberu taking an eternity to provide spares the company kept me informed of every delay.

Following what was a traumatic experience with my new car, which was hit by another just days after delivery, repair was arranged by my insurance company with Fix Auto. Throughout the whole process I was kept fully informed of progress by a member of staff, Kerri, even when there was a delay with parts delivery because of the bank holiday. This kind of customer service is sadly lacking these days but Fix Auto treat the customer as a priority. Well done!
