Unexpected Extra Charges, No Customer Support
Not happy with this company! The company enrolled me into a VIP Club without my permission or knowledge and then monthly subscriptions have been taken out of my account. I emailed over 24 hrs ago requesting they cancel my subscription and refund me.

Unexpected extra charge and zero customer support
I made a purchase from this company and was charged an additional £16 the following day with no explanation, no invoice, and no notification. Their website has no account section, no order history, no way to track anything, and they have not replied to the email I sent more than 24 hours ago.
For a company that claims “feel free to contact us anytime”, the silence is unacceptable.
I simply want to know why I was charged again and to receive a proper response. Until then, I cannot recommend this business.
