Quick Customer Service response to resolve a shipment error
I recently ordered a flashforge 3D printer and 4 rolls of HS PLA filament. When I received my purchase I noted I had received a neon yellow color filament rather than the neon orange I originally selected. I emailed customer service on 7/9 and immediately received a request for additional information. (photo of what I had received). I received an immediate response from customer service indicating a reel of neon orange was being sent and no further actions or additional payments we needed from me. Flashforge customer service was helpful with a very timely response.

My experience with the AD5X
My experience with the AD5X was great for various reasons; it was very easy to use (as someone with little experience), and the color change system was truly unique. Overall, after owning the printer for several months, I can say (with confidence) that it is one of the most reliable multi-color printers, especially for its price.
Excellent products and customer service
As an older woman who's not very tech-savvy, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how easy it has been to learn and use my two FlashForge printers, the AD5M and AD5X. Both printers deliver excellent performance, and I’ve been really impressed with their quality. I also had an issue with missing items from my shipment, but FlashForge’s customer service was outstanding. They were prompt, helpful, and made sure the items will be resent immediately. Highly recommend FlashForge for both their reliable products and exceptional customer support!

Outstanding Products and Even Better Support
I am extremely surprised at the negative reviews below. User error I suspect. The service and support from Flashforge has been nothing short of exceptional. Their 3D printers are, in my opinion, the best I’ve used—and the after-sales support has gone well beyond what I expected.
I’ve owned other well-known brands in the past, but none compare to the build quality and reliability of Flashforge machines. I’ve been using the Adventurer 5M for a while and recently added the AD5X to my lineup—it has not disappointed.
Highly recommend Flashforge to anyone serious about 3D printing.
Great customer experience
I purchased the new AD5X on 06/24/25 for $399. Yesterday I saw a prime day discount which would save me $30 with check out code. I sent them an email and requested to receive the $30 refund. They could have refused or told me to repurchase and return the original purchase. Instead they refunded the $30 promptly in less than 24 hours. I enjoyed my AD5M pro and can't wait for the AD5X to arrive!

Fast response/good communication
Fast response, and after initially pointing out what I would be losing if I cancelled, they accepted my reply and initiated a refund. I'm impressed.
Very poor AI/Bot support.
First of all, the company should inform users that the tech support is AI/.Bot. I have problems with two printers, one since May and a brand new 5M pro over a week ago. I soon caught on I was interacting with a (not very good) AI system when I kept being asked to repeat the same procedures. I emailed mkt2 on 2nd June - still no reply. I have been promised a new hot bed for the olf 5M, waiting to see if it will arrive. Final straw, yesterday, I was sent a video supposedly instructing on how to re-install the firmware (why should I brand? new machine!) The video is poor quality and entirely in chinese. I said this to the Bot and the reply 'The operation steps in the video are clear. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us'. How do you argue with that?! I have three FF machines, two of which are 5M pro. Only one has been functional now for over a week. I am now minded to sell them as second hand and go with Bambu Labs, my business cannot survive without reliable machines and tech support, Nightmare!
Problematic printer (creator 3)
Problematic printer (creator 3). Lagging software and extruder issues.. hotend temperature drops during prints and bed levelling issues when you work with both extruders. I totally not recommend to buy this printer because its full of flaws.
Never buy from these people
Purchased a Flashforge Pro 5 from them; it stopped working within 3 days. Support asked me to remove the back of the machine, which I refused for safety reasons. They sent a replacement part, but it didn’t fix the issue. They decided it was a mechanical problem, so I requested a return.
After submitting my return request, I waited—apparently, they went on vacation and left me hanging. When I asked for a return label, they refused, saying I had to ship it myself and would be reimbursed for postage. They wouldn’t provide a recipient name, forcing me to use a different shipping company. I returned the printer as instructed and submitted the invoice, but a week later, still no refund—they claimed they couldn’t find it and hadn’t reimbursed shipping. Strangely, a prepaid return label and an invite to return the item arrived a week after they already had it. Eventually, they issued only a partial refund, deducting for filament and accessories—even though I returned the original spool they supplied and still have not reimbursed shipping costs.
They’ve had my printer for over a week, still owe me money, and haven’t reimbursed the original or return shipping. Their products are junk, failing within days, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor after extreme frustration with their customer service agent, but have never been put in contact with anyone more senior or competent. Avoid them like the plague.

Ich habe die Ware wie vorgeschrieben zurückgesendet (Zustellung laut Sendungsverfolgung am 14.01.2025) und nicht gelieferte Artikel storniert. Trotzdem wurde mir der komplette Betrag abgebucht. Meine Nachweise habe ich mehrfach geschickt – ohne Reaktion. Statt Hilfe gab es nur automatische Standardmails. Absolut inakzeptabel. Finger weg – keinesfalls zu empfehlen.

Adventurer 5m not working, tried to get hold of customer services and nothing, supposed to not need any tweaking but each print is failing. Very disappointed, wouldnt recommend

Hassle free returns.. I don't think so.
I returned a printer and two filaments on the agreement that I could return the printer and filament as was unopened. Once everything was sent they updated their returns policy, refusing the filament. Okay, I can deal with the £50 loss. They then tried to deny that the printer had been received at their fulfillment center. After 6 weeks of back and forth they then wanted evidence of delivery. I showed them that the printed had been successfully delivered. After being satisfied that evidence had been provided they changed their mind and wanted additional photographic evidence. Royal Mail don't hold the photographic evidence indefinitely and had been removed.
After months of discussion, trying to get them to honor their returns policy they eventually escalated the case to a manager. Things started to move positively for a moment, they said they had initiated a refund and I would receive a refund within two working days. It has been a month, and still no refund. Multiple emails chasing this with no response. I eventually got a response when threatened with small court proceedings.
They don't know what's going on at their fulfillment center.
Still no refund.

Stay away from this people l, bought one printer on the 11th of february, it lasted 1 month and stopped working, been asking for a solution for 3 weeks and they just keep brushing us off, there is something wrong with the software they used, I asked for a warranty and they say because is more than a month old cant do anything, the software on this is a Adventurer 5M pro is so corrupted than the unit just stops working half way on the printing, waste of bloody money
Scammers… avoid them!!!
Bought a printer on their website for anpresent to my friend but unfortunately he already had one similar so i decide to send it back to ask a refund. Is a f… nightmare! I spent 50 euro to send it back to the provided address, i have an UPS proof of delivery and they are stull telling they received nothing.
This people are real scammers, they are not respecting the EU law and is a wate of time and money.
Please dont give money to this people!
