Having had to deal with quite a few issues in the rental property my family and I recently moved into, I was relying on Fletchers to get these rectified. Bridget was exceptional in not only getting the problems fixed, but also in keeping us continually notified of the actions she was taking and the status of jobs. Her cheerful disposition and empathic nature made a bad situation easier to handle, and her can-do attitude was instrumental in achieving a positive outcome. Along with the rest of her Property Management team, she is an asset to Fletchers.

I have used Fletchers as my Letting Agents for many years and have been very happy with them. Han has always gone out of his way to help. Recently I went full service with them and Vanessa and the team have been fantastic. They are quick to respond and solve any issues.

Great service! Every time we had something that needs a tweak, Fletchers are prompt to respond. Last time, George Tilby came to do some repairs and he was super helpful and very efficient. He explained us what needed to be done, which is the experience we had in previous rentals.

Property Manager Bridget is not only professional and efficient she is friendly and strikes the right balance with both myself as the landlord and my tenants.

Just before we moved in our property manager Bailey gave us a welcome call with some useful information and helped get things sorted the first week with amazingly fast turnaround times.
