Absolutely scam of a company! Ordered from here 3 weeks ago and item hasn’t arrived and they’ve stopped communicating don’t order from here

Absolute jokers. Ordered on 19th May, product still not arrived. Chased on email and they’ve stopped all communication.

They might be cheaper than elsewhere, but for peace of mind, shop elsewhere!

Beware this website is a scam - they’ve taken my money and not sent the product. They are ignoring all emails and web chat - which is the only way you can contact them.

Scam website ordered from them next day delivery, it’s now been a week and they’re ignoring my messages - Keep away from this website!
Edit- been 3 weeks no stopped all communication.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Do not buy from them…
I ordered a product in a medium size and they sent an extra large, which they are not refuting. They then try and haggle on a discount for a product I don’t need or even ordered. They then say they won’t refund and finally might do if I return it China.
I have not known anything like it.
Avoid them like the plague!

My boxers never arrived when I emailed them they said the courier lost them and offered to send me another pair. I asked if I could just have a refund and now they've ignored me for another 14 days and multiple emails. I don't believe any were ever shipped absolute joke. Will be reporting their company

This store was a fantastic discovery for me! I found everything I needed, from beautiful lingerie to an elegant suit. The wide range of options and exceptional service made my purchase very satisfying.

I received prompt customer service when I had a question about a product, and my order arrived much sooner than anticipated! The robes are definitely worth the price.

I loved the material and feel of the product, but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. Can't wait to exchange it for the right one because it looked and felt amazing!

This company is a SCAM. My order took over a week to arrive when it said it should take 2-3 days. I had to email them about the status of it and they said it had been shipped. This was a lie as I only got an Evri confirmation email after this. When they order arrived it was the wrong items. I asked to return and receive a refund and they asked if I would like if they sent out a replacement order with the correct items. I agreed to this but then they went silent and no shipping tracking was given. I emailed them for an update and they said the items had been delivered which is a lie and they provided no proof they were. I then asked to return the wrong items and receive a refund in accordance to their return policies but this is where they stopped responding. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from them!!

This company should not be trusted, buy elsewhere.
I purchase two packs of underwear as they were advertised more cheaply than other and with free shipping. The issue is they only sent me one pack, not two and refuse to even respond to my e-mail correspondence. The packaging was not physically big enough to the two packs, so it was not lost or removed in transit. The only response I have had is to a failed on-line chat that just stated that my package was delivered. This is true, but it did not contain all of the goods I paid for.
In case of doubt this is Flexwear with a business address of 57 Tudor Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6EB, that appears to be a residential property.
Don't get conned, buy from a reputable company instead; you have been warned!

Update 20th April.
I received an apologetic e-mail about a week after posting the above review and have now received my outstanding goods. I still will not use this company again.
