Recently bought a headphone boat 131 and the quality is very bad. Distorted sound and when trying to return the only option is replacement. Tried to contact customer service even they cannot help. I just wanted to return the product for refund but that is not honoured. Very bad service they could not even process store credit.

Fraud with us aa seller in shipping costs charging 600 Rs Shipping for product weighing just less than 1 Kgs never do sell on flipkart .

I have been a customer since 2013, have seen the customer service degrade every year and it has hit the lowest now. Recently, I bought a Boat speaker financed through Bajaj and a defective product was delivered. A return request was raised (25th Sept) and I received pick-up scheduled message very next day but nobody showed up neither did the agent pick my call. This happened twice. Estimated pick up date reflected on the application was 30th Sept which has passed. Upon multiple calls to the customer service, agents were only able to sympathize with my query and did not provide a single assistance nor did they escalate the call to their seniors. Now, per the EMI policy, I'm forced to pay the first installment for this defective product. I'm trying to reach out to the pick-up agent and he's not responding. Customer assistance is telling me to co-operate with the payment timelines (just pay for the crappy product I received) and help your pathetic system chill. This is going to be my last engagement with this company.

We had purchased a phone oppo Reno 6 5G in Aug 2021 which had a policy for upgrade plan.The upgrade plan was like this we had to pay intially 20,000 only and then we will have to pay the pending amount after 1 year which was 8997.now when the year was completed Flipkart didn't gave us any intimation or anything to pay the pending amount and 10 days back when the 1 year was over the phone got locked so we tried contacting Flipkart which such a big harresment and after 4 days of continous follow up a struggle with the customer service, escalation team,(name - dikshita,ajay,nausheen)spending lots of time with customer care they finally send us the link on 13th of sep and we made the payment in the same day itself.now even after making the payment they didn't unlocked the phone and we were again stuck up and today on 15th of sep 2022 they are saying to wait till 6th of October how is this possible so we need to lodge the complaint against Flipkart now.flipkart is not understanding the consequences they will have to face once they will to go to consumer court, this kind of harresment will be registered and let everyone know about the issue.if anyone from Flipkart can take this responsibility and resolve the issue please contact me on 9619590007.

I ordered a product from flipkart but flipkart cancelled my order after two week telling me the order was damaged during shipment(Careless staff).
Flipkart wasted my time by providing me wrong information and I have to face harassment . I had placed an order in 26th july,2022 which I had to order delivery by 30th july . The delivery could not be done on 30th , so I was given time of 2nd August. Then after waiting till 2nd august, I was promised the date of delivery on 5th August. After waiting for a day on 5th August, Flipkart customer said that today delivery is not possible and the date has been extended to 6th August. I waited patiently because I had no other option.Then I called Flipkart on 6th August, flipkart executive keep me assure that, my order will not be canceled and delivery will be done.And on day of 6th August I got a message that my order has been canceled from Flipkart. When I contacted them, I have been told that we cannot do anything in this, the order has been canceled. When I requested for re-order again, he said that it is not possible. I had placed order at the time of offer so I will not get that product again. That's it . They wasted my time as well as i feel they did harassment with me.And they deny me any compensation for keeping me wait and cancellation of my order.
And they have lousy customer care who frequently apologies and tell they understand the issue(which they don't) and provide me with useless and incomplete details

I have purchased one white adenium plant which was delivered today. The catalog showed a blooming plant with flowers. The height of the plant was mentioned as 300 mm. But the plant delivered to me is about 30 mm, 10 times less in size. Naturally it has no flowers or buds, only 4/5 tiny leaves. Moreover, the supplier 'Mondal Nursery' packed the plant so carelessly that it arrived in a damaged condition. I have been cheated by the flipkart.

I ordered puma shoes but I got wrong shoes after that I fight for my refund as so long then Mr Debjyoti has approved my refund and said on 16 feb our executive come for pic up and no question ask and you got your refund but flipkart executive come and reject for pic up said he don't get any mail from flipkart I'm shock bcz Mr Debjyoti told me he already mailed now I'm again fighting to flipkart customer care for mail what service are you giving to customers worst service very bad experience with flipkart i never suggested for shopping on flipkart anyone he doing fraud with customers it's treble.

I have requested a return and the technician visited and agreed to the fault. But now they are asking me to file the reason for refund as Personal dissatisfaction and not Technical problem. Their technical support partner Jeeves is as poor as themselves ever since Installation.

I have compliant with Oneplus TV which is purchased from flipkart just a month ago. I have no response or any help from flipkart. I'm getting a very bad experience from Flipkart. Flipkart does not help me to solve a problem so far. As a Plus Member I am going through a very bad situation.
