Not a good Experience..At all + High Price

i bought an item but a different cheaper model was sent to me by the seller, (10,000 rupees cheaper) when i filed for a return i was asked to submit a photo of my passport (as i am a foreigner) and pictures of product, i did then my return was rejected as they require a passport copy and that the ID i uploaded was not sufficent for verification (when i have indeed uploaded a copy of my authentic diplomatic passport) then they marked the case resolved and stopped respornding. placed a request for call back but everytime the agent on the phone gets bored they just hang up on me. or just say (sorry sir this issue is resolved) they have not even approved my review on the item warning future buyers! have deleted my account there, horrible experience, use amazon if in india.

This company is not ethical, like many other Indian online websites. They offer huge discounts on their products during sale to attract the customers. After the sale is over, they cancel the orders of those products which were offered on huge discounts. Thats the pattern I have noticed since last 3-4 years of using this website. In contrast to this, Amazon is very ethical in this sense. Flipkart's Customer Support is very bad, and the executives are there to seek apology, and not to provide any resolution. Being an Indian, I should support Flipkart, yet I dont find any reason to support it and not Amazon looking at their services.

In beginning flipkart services was very good but now it's not too good as many of the products doesn't arrive on time.

Delayed delievery. product was not delieverd to me on the date and delievery agent reshedulled the item by himself by saying coustomer is not available without my concern. my product was told to be delievered by four days later. so i had to collect the product from the the hub itself by travelling 15 km from my home.
flipkart uses third party delievery. never shop from this app if you need your product urgently. except it 4-5 days later from the promised date.
And coustomer service is even worse , they just say nothing but sorry everytime and no help at all. and you have to repeat your problem to 10-30 person , still no help u get.

Very trusted eCommerce website. I just love buying from flipkart. Just one problem, they charge shipping now more than ever. I understand this situation. otherwise its very good.

Worst E Commerce company.. I had a very long relationship with Flipkart but this is going to end now. I couldn't use my gift voucher as products were not getting delivered.. I m trying to get its validity extended since may and now July is also abt to complete.. I complained thru several modes email, call, chat, social media.. But all of ur customer service channels r useless.. And I m struggling to get this extended yet.. Last Time, I was told that they hv concrete answer and will be resolved by last fri and today is Sat :(

Fake quality product seems like they are sending copy of products

OrderNo. OD119017743885041000. For Charmis Deep Nourishing Cold Cream VITAMIN A, C, E (4N x 58ml) (232 ml) which has been marked delivered to me in status , has not been delivered to me till date. The concern raised with CC by chat (option to call , mail to Customer care has been removed by the Firm in the name of Covid Care response) since 3rd of this month has not yielded any result, in fact there is no response at all. The review and rating I have raised in review section of Flipkart has been Flagged (does not fully conform to our internal guidelines). The Firm is only postponing the issue without any resolution. This Kind of behavior is not expected from the firm that too for old customer like me.

Such a drastic experience from last few orders, orders are getting late & no response from support team they just raise concerns & no solution for those concerns.

Sometime they send good product sometime worst

I purchased many products from this website and I am very much satisfied with all of them.They provide really amazing offers and other interesting services.A best online shopping website I ever used.Highly Recommended
