Very long back i have purchased a Adidas shoe . it was not good guys please do not buy this types of branded shoes in online its a big mistake. i hate their services totally.

In my opinion customer service or Flipkart is not good. They should improve their customer representative services. I have talked about my recent order that the order was not packed properly to Flipkart customer support team, but they don't give any proper information. I have asked many time that this product is used and have delivered to me without pr-check, but they couldn't help me yet.

Flipkart is best for in all products. They sell in best offers for products and also deliver in rural areas Flipkart always sell original brands and company products in best offers. So I recommend to my friend and families buy on flipkart. Best is kitchen items and decorative is more on flipkart that's the beauty.Thank you.Then one thing is suitable for every families.

I was trying to get connected with flipkart customer care to get my issue resolved. Used this nonsense app, wrote emails and did try everything which I could. I was supposed to receive a call back from your team. There's no response from your team since 15th May.

It is a great platform for e-commerce and they always deliver your products at your doorstep without any delay.

I ordered many product over many years and my overall experience was good. Also the products depends on sellers too.

Ordered a powerbank and they have sent me a defective used powerbank, the craziest part is that they didn't even bother to remove the previous invoice when it was delivered to another another customer and they have also returned, all the old invoices were inside that box. When I contacted the customer service on chat they didn't seem to care at all, without understanding my concerns they were pouring the pre written script which was not even related to my query and when I started writing in caps they said that I am using profanity and they have to disconnect the chat for that, what a pathetic service.

Then I finally raised the return request and after 12 hours I was shocked that the request was canceled without any reason, I had to contact them 7-8 days in a row, and I was always promised that I would get a callback in 30 min which I never did, then at the end it was last day for return one of the agent raised the return request and it was picked up by an agent of ekart. I was informed that I would get the refund within 48 hours of pickup, unfortunately I did not receive the refund even after waiting 3days so I contacted them again at this point I was even more shocked 🤯, they told me that I have canceled the return request and it has not been picked up by their courier partner, when it was clearly showing returned successful on my Flipkart app. Long story short then I had to contact them again and again for next 9 days, every time they would apologize for the inconvenience and give me 24 hours time frame but never resolved it finally at the end on the 9th day I contacted flipkart for the last time just to say that I give up and don't want the refund anymore, after 8 hours of the conversation the amount was refunded to me.

Just one word SHAME.

A good competition to Amazon in India. The prices have been lower than the competition and delivery service is quick too. Moreover, the Flipkart plus program is amazing. Gives you a chance to get free subscription of popular apps and services. Customer support could be a little better though.

I bought Springtek Memory foam Mattress(Ashoka Foam group) from Flipkart on 19th March 2019.
1. Raised return request on 28 March due to softness issue.( as product description says hardness in range of 7-8). Actual product is less than 5 rating for hardness which caused severe back pain.
2. Certified lier from Springtek Ali Shah called and said use the product for 3-4 weeks then let them know if doesn't work and then they will replace.
3. After 4 weeks issue didn't solved and scumbag Ali didn't picked up call even after multiple retry.
4. Flipkart scheduled technician visit for quality check which never happened..and kept delaying saying that we are checking with seller.
5. Finally after approx.20-30 calls..flipkart rejected to provide replacement/refund without even checking issue.

This kind of service Flipkart is providing ....N also be careful while puchasing anything from Springtek as they will say warranty and replacement...but it will never happen n no one can help you except filing case against them in court.

Springtek is selling substandard product. Don't loose hard earned money for such thug brand go for established brands like Kurlon,Sleepwell.

Also dont go by reviews on flipkart..its paid.

I ordered Redmi note 6 pro but get realme 2 pro, i asked delivery agent to get back it he refuse and ask me to contact customer care,
But now customere care exectuive are too brave they have proude to be a flipkart cheater frouds.

They always reject my return request, i asked them to either replace packat with redmi note 6 pro or give my money back,but they refuse.

They always do fraud in their BIG BILLION DAYS offer festivals,

When i called the delivery boy and told him about he told me to go ahed and do police complaint.

Such a pathetic service by a Flipart an E- Commerce company advertising everywhere is not acceptable and the company is liable to be charged for *Breach of trust, Cheating, Forgery, Misleading and E-Comm online Scam* under IPC

Based on the prima facie evidence and witnesses,

i shall file a case against FLIPKART before POLICE & CONSUMER FORUM for the trauma & trouble i have suffered.

I would all the costumer whom ever has faced such issues to come forward and complaint against such company.

NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART........... AMAZONE IS TOO BETTER IN THEIR REPLACEMENT>

I have one mobile in Flipkart,. I timely informed order return but till date not solved, this people not maintain in the minimum return policy , only focus in sale - bad quality, well trained call centre

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! (FLIPKART)
Flipkart is a very big cheater and specially the sellers selling their product on it. I would recommend each and everyone not to buy anything from Flipkart. I ordered a springtek mattress which I tried to replace but they refused to do so. I have a last suggestion for you that do not buy anything from Flipkart and specially the springtek mattress.

Rubbish and useless product are kept in flipkart

Till date, had no problems shopping on flipkart. Returns, replacements, refunds were seamless; though shipping was a bit slow compared to the competition. Would highly recommend it.
