I ordered two phones from Flipkart and my order was delivered on 31st of October. Now to my surprise there was only one phone in the pack and both of them were marked delivered. So I raised an issue with customer support and approached their social media team on twitter on 1st of November. They first promised me that issue will be resolved on 13st of November. Then they emailed me and asked for my Id proof which was weird but I provided it to them. I submitted my Aadhar card via email to them but mail got bounced back. After that I again approached them over social media and submitted my id proof over there. From 9th of November to 22nd of November they never updated themselves on the issue. It was me who approaching them everytime to ask for update and in response their social media team would call and ask the same stupid questions like weather the package was tampered or not? And I have answered these questions more than 10 times and I received promises that I will get update in 24 hours but nothing even happened. I am fed up and I just want to share my review so that other people dont get scammed by them. I shall be posting my formal complaint in consumer forum as well but if a company is doing such scam then people in general should know about it. Their support is very poor and they may take an entire life to go on second stage in resolving the issue. The first step will always be 'was your order packed properly?' ! Doesnt matter how many times your answer that question but they will never have it in their records.

Worst Company I have ever dealt with.

I recently ordered a toy on 19th Sept for which Delivery was showing on 26th Sept, 21. However, till today (7th October), I have not received the product and they have no idea where my product is.

Every time I try reaching them on Chat, they keep telling me that we are checking and it continues for 1 hour and finally they say due to technical issues they are unable to trace my product details.

From Passenger right no services were rendered or offered during the delay occurred through connection flight (Air India to Ethiopian) travelling from Cochin to Johannesburg. Lost Delhi for Johannesburg flight, again, I have to book my ticket from Delhi to Johannesburg, Airlines refund amount also not return back to the customer account, So Please avoid international booking via Flip kart.

The Delivery is fast and other things are also good like products and their quality but the return and exchange policy is not so good.
You need to improve in it.

Bad experience with return policy, I have purchased a realme mobile and it was stated on their website that it can be return within 7 days. My mobile feel very hot in hands and I placed a request for return. Then Flipkart shows its true color and say it can be replaced but not returned and refunded. And only with certain conditions like mobile temperature needs to be 48C to 50 C.

Delivery is slower compared to amazon but good pricing & product.

I ordered a Hawking pressure cooker and Flipkart sent me a fake pigeon cooker with hawking sticker and packing. I kept requesting for refund and they kept delaying it and then said that my return period is over. This is a bunch of frauds !! BEWARE !! I AM GOING TO SUE THEM NOW !!

I generally refrain from writing reviews of my providers, just because I may have had a good or a bad service. It is simply for a reason that one out of many; many; instances should not define a character. But, in a recent instance of having to follow up with Flipkart’s customer help desk, I was appalled at lack of fundamental understanding of risk & obligations with a sale contract, companies like them enter into; when customer buys a product on their website.
Unable to deliver the purchased product, although it reached the so-called delivery partner's nearby hub, Flipkart simply resorted to cancelling my purchase WITHOUT even seeking my consent. It did refund me the amount of purchase but I seriously wonder, if failing to deliver on a sale-contract, can be resolved by simply repaying the amount taken at purchase?
I exhausted my efforts but could not make its customer-service persons understand that selling is a bipartiate contract and unilateral withdrawal when other remedies of fulfilment exist, is simply not done. A unilateral withdrawal, unless of a force-majeure, is a violation of an agreement, the company Flipkart had made with me but its customer-service despite being polite in my conversations, simply do not understand. The fact that I possessed evidence that logistics failure in this instance, has not been due to circumstances beyond their control, made no difference in their response. Someone has rightly said that ignorance is not bliss – it is oblivion.
If you wanna’ buy with a risk of loss on you; go ahead but think otherwise!

Iam writing this review Out of frustration.

Searched for many retail stores to order the pixel 4a and i had no choice to find it. I had been eager to order the phone from a long time. Finally tried to order the pixel 4a for EMI at 25999. Everytime I placed an order it said bank decline. Tried 4 different cards and it was the same. One time Card payment also said the same. Finally decides to order the phone through COD for 26999. I was supposed to receive it on Thursday and flipkart cancels the order all of a sudden today, that is 3 days before it is delivered. I spoke to atleast 3to 4 their agents regarding multiple products today. They said may be there is no delivery to that area. So had to place it to other areas with a different pin.
How are we supposed to know the next,nearest area where we can place the order?
So after this i placed my order again to the same pin with a higher price of 29999 for the pixel. Now the delivery is applicable to the same area that they had cancelled. One of their agents told I will recieve the phone as expected and another agent said it will be cancelled.
Everything they do is preplanned. It is clear. Such a monopoly they do that nobody even can dream of owning a phone. They do not actually have a sale and all they do is marketing and fool people. Why would you guys create a hype for all and act as if you don't know anything?

You don't even have a valid reason to cancel the order placed. Such a disgusting management you have. You don't even make up to the rudeness you d to the customers. We take so much time on your portal and this is how you do?

Flipkart playing with our health in this pendamic. They just earning money from us. I have ordered mask of pack 10 however I have received incomplete ordered. Wherein I have received only 5 defective masks. The masks are not useable. I have called flipkart Within 5 to 10 mintus of delivery. The employee told me that I do not need to return the received garbage n company will process the full refund within 3 days. However, they reject the same and marked issue resolved. I have called again thrice. However, no positive response from them. They just need good rating but not thinking about customers. I have decided to drag flipkart in Customer Court. I will definitely send you a legal notice against: they charged full amount pre delivery. 2 they did not fullfil the commitment. They charged full amount but sent half product. 3. They promise for full refund but declined. 4 metal harresmennt. 5. Loss of amount. 6. Loss of trust on flipkart. 7.

Flipkart is encouraging poor quality products by censoring feedback from victims. I had a bad experience with boAT headphones and wrote my negative review which was reject by flipkart with some flimsy excuse. They are editing the reviews and this raise the suspicion of being hand in glove with the company to sell poor quality products. Very unprofessional.

Takes too much time to deliver the products

Worst ever service received. They are denying to return my product within 1 day of purchase. Using flipkart since 10 years now. They dont even know how to treat your valuable customer. I regret purchasing from flipkart. Will definitely prefer Amazon next time. Will take it as a lesson learnt##cheaters##

We See What You Are Doing Here Flipkart! You have smartly removed Refund option from most of the products. Only "return or replace" is visible, what happens, if a customer is not satisfied with the product that has been received? How are we going to get out refund?
We need our refund Option back!!!
