Floks  Reviews

I’ve not used the company before but was looking at supporting British business in my search for pillows. Delivery was excellent, product seems pretty good, still working out if they’re the right ones for me. Would definitely use them again.

Beautiful pillows that look fantastic on the bed and are cosy to sleep on. My dogs love them too…Very happy to be supporting sustainable local industry

I’m not sure words can truly do justice to how exceptional Folks’s new bed linens are. Incredibly soft, they strike that rare balance of being both cooling and warming at once — almost as if they float above your skin rather than rest against it. Buttery smooth and impossibly comfortable, they’ve completely transformed our sleep. My husband and I have never rested so well, and I genuinely can’t imagine going back to anything else. An absolute dream.

Really good communication helping me make the right decisions on which size bedding to purchase. The products are fantastic as well !

I’m 62 and at last I’ve found the most brilliant pillows. Worth every £. I would image some of the bedding would make wonderful presents for loved ones

Love the website, easy to read info and purchasing and delivery was straightforward too. Haven’t used the duvet yet as been on holiday. Ordered a set of bed linen in pebble. I thought it would be a silver grey pebble colour but it’s more of a brown pebble colour equally nice but not what I was expecting.

Lovely beautiful quality pillow packaged in a great reusable natural bag.

Fantastic products which arrived the following day after placing my order. Made up my bed with them as soon as they were delivered and absolutely love them. I will never go back to having any synthetic fabrics on my bed. The items I purchased are so comfortable to sleep on and, more importantly, I no longer suffer with night sweats!

Excellent company to deal with also customer service
Love my new pillows also my topper

Very quick an excellent service and help with replacing my pillow

A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AND BRITISH WOOL AND MADE IN BRITAIN. EXTRA SPECIAL AS IT WAS MADE IN YORKSHIRE.

From the moment I purchased a Floks wool duvet from the helpful and friendly team at Floks, I have never looked back.

We had been using a duck feather and down duvet for years, but I always hated the way the feathers would all get stuck in one part of the duvet, even when you shook it out, and I often woke up either too hot or cold. The Floks duvet not only regulates my body temperature, keeping me warm on chilly evenings and cool when its hot, it also looks aesthetically pleasing too! No more reaching for the corners of the duvet cover, Floks have that covered with their patented corner pockets which make it so easy to change the bed sheets. It also looks fantastic spread out on the bed!

My husband and I were so delighted with our Floks duvet that we invested in some wool pillows as well, which we are equally pleased with. I can safely say, I'll never go back to a feather and down duvet again - thanks to Floks!

Floks offers a brilliant efficient serve both on line and in store.
After buying a duvet we decided to order pillows on line.
Extremely pleased with both purchases

Love the duvet, haven’t had night sweats since I bought it. The pillow is comfy enough but has got a bit lumpy, so I’ve returned to my old one for a while.

Have been using our mattress topper less than one week but so far it seems to have improved the feel of the bed and I have slept well. Looking forward to this continuing

Great customer service- answered all questions before I bought. Lovely product and presentation.

We recently invested in a new mattress as our previous one was overdue for changing. The criteria was that it had to be all natural, toxin and chemical FR free and UK made and Floks fitted the bill. We do already have their pillows and duvets which are amazing and of such great quality and so when we saw they had launched a mattress range it was a no brainer to trust Floks with this big purchase.
From ordering to delivery the service and advice has been professional and knowledgeable and you just get the feeling that they really care about what they are doing.
We have had the mattress and enhancer (Perfecly Floks mattress and Floksy Topsy enhancer) for a couple of weeks and can honestly say we have never slept better.
It is like sleeping on a cloud, supportive but so soft and comfortable you almost feel like you are floating.
Just wished we had taken the plunge sooner!
Cannot recommend the mattress and bedding highly enough. Thank you

We recently gave our bedding a much-needed refresh with Floks and simply couldn't be happier! It’s quite literally like sleeping surrounded by clouds - both the pillow and duvet are incredible. 11/10.

One of the biggest surprises has been how well our young daughters are now sleeping. Regulating their temperature at night has always been tricky, but since switching to Floks, they’ve been sleeping soundly and so comfortably — quite literally a dream come true. In fact, we’ve been so impressed that we’ve decided to invest in a Floks mattress to complete our cloud-like sleep experience!!

A huge, huge thank you to Sophie and her team for their expert guidance, in particular Sarah in the shop who was so passionate, knowledgeable and helpful with everything. Hands down one of the best decisions we've made recently, especially considering how much time we spend sleeping!!

I couldn’t recommend Floks more highly to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep. Once you’ve experienced Floks, you’ll seriously never look back!

I haven't put this new quilt on just yet - its a tad too chilly - but because I already have a fabulous Floks winter quilt and knowing how soooo toasty it is while still not making me overly hot but keeping hubby warm and comfy (...it's still a menopausal thing for me🤒🫠), I wanted to make sure I was ready for when warmer nights came so I could quickly swap over and keep the comfort. I know I've said this before when I reviewed my winter quilt, but let's be honest, they're not the cheapest on the market, BUT in my humble opinion they're the absolute best and now I've found them, I wouldn't dream of buying any other type of quilt ...so long live Floks! To be honest you have to experience them to fully understand and appreciate how effective they are. I've long since got to the point where I spend more on less, and Floks quilts are long term keepers, which you can't say for polyester fillings and the like. I just fluff mine up and hang it over the stair rail to air out but can't wait to just throw it over the washing line in the summer sun and let it rejuvenate itself. 😍
