FlorideLux.ro Reviews

Very pleased with the service every time and how prompt they are. Never late with the order and it's always same as the original order. I am recommending using this company.

I am constant buyer from this on-line shop. As I have ordered a funeral wreath in Bucharest with delivery in a different city, Brasov, the second day, I was very close to have my order cancelled. It was 15 minutes before the funeral ceremony started when a different item, a sheaf has been delivered. Some money are supposed to be returned but I have a bitter taste following this new order at floridelux.ro

We ordered few times flowers to be sent abroad, to family and friends; a very efficient and reliable service; really pleased with them; I would certainly recommend and use it again in the future.

Recomand cu caldura
Serviciul pe Chat foarte rabdator, amabil si te ajuta.
Comanda a ajuns in ziua stabilita.
E o placere sa comanzi. Oferte foarte variate.

Thousand thank you, FlorideLux! With your support I congratulated my niece on her 18th birthday and you made all of us (the family and me) happy! Diana U managed the order and transport in less than 24 hours - really professional and supportive team! I warmly recommend FlorideLux!

A ajuns la data stabilita.
A fost foarte frumos buchetul.
A fost bucuroasa mama de el.
Deci aveti un nou client multumit.

The service was excellent, the flowers were delivered punctually with a very personal touch. The arrangement was a work of art, true to the presentation. I have used the services in the past and will do in the future

Ordered the birdhouse with peonies (in stock) and was told that neither the birdhouse nor the peonies were available.

After my negative feedback I was contacted by the designer with a formal apology and told that my original order will be delivered within a week.

I must admit despite my initial review that the complaint was resolved promptly so I’m modifying my review to reflect that.

Great customer service is quite rare in Romania.

Mi s-a promis ca a doua zi le va primi in cursul diminetii, pana in ora 12.

Thank you for helping me bring happiness to one of my family members on her birthday. The flowers were super pretty, just like in the picture.

The flowers are beautiful just like in the picture.Very good delivery,I bought several time this year and I was very satisfied and happy every time.

It is the first time i order flowers on this website. I requested some informations and i had a fast answer, they are very professional.
My mother received her flowers for St Mary in the same day i had ordered, beautiful and fresh flowers as expected. My mother was very impressed also with the delivery, as two presentable and well mannered young boys brought her the flower. Thank you ‘Flori de lux’ for saving the day and make my mother so happy. Defenetly i will use them again.

A team of professional artists and an impeccable service. Thanks a lot !
