The only problem I encountered was with my bank trying to pay for the tickets. Since I am living in Saudi Arabia they had locked my card due to lack of use. Had the card unlocked. Did not know about the daily limit which required another call to them.

First time customer after I had to stop…
First time customer after I had to stop my purchase at the beginning of the pandemic.
Good customer service, not pushy to book when travel was pretty much impossible.
Completely changing travel plans from Europe to just spend summer in the Hamptons. I saved some money and looking forward to seeing what savings they have for Europe when I am ready to make that trip.

Helpful, careful, knowledgable service
After not being able to return home after visiting family in the US, flyworldclass saved the day and booked my wife and I for less than the prices we could find online. For that I am beyond grateful! I saw another review about issues booking to Australia. My experience was great and the person helping me was careful and knowledgable regarding mandatory quarantine along with other requirements. However, they were a bit hesitant to give me direct and specific answers to certain questions I had. They did direct me to government links to get the answers. Finding those links did take some effort on their part. For flight purchasing purposes this is a great website.
With all that in mind, it was a good service experience, and I would highly consider contacting them when I make my next travel plans.

This is an overdue review as I have worked with this company in the past but this is my first time actually completing a transaction. They have always been easy to work with and are super knowledgeable. I’m a virtual personal assistant with a busy schedule and multiple clients. Working with this company saved me time and effort to book the tickets for my client.
My client was happy to save money, so this was really a win for everyone involved. Hands down the best travel company out there.

I booked a round trip ticket to Denmark…
I booked a round trip ticket to Denmark through Fly World Class. The process was easy and Neil Cruz was very patient and responsive. Neil always followed up. The paperwork was secure and simple.
My trip is not until August, so I will provide updates on my experience and when I return in September I will finalize my review.

Shady, Bad service.
Shady, bad service, very questionable company
Canceled my trip in Aug due too covid and company has not refunded my airline ticket fares. And airline has no record of us ever even having a ticket to begin with! Almost 6k gone with absolutely no regard!! Seeking attorney at this time.

I am very happy with the service…however....
I am very happy with the service provided by Jason Greene. There was only one issue that I was surprised about. Due to the pandemic, my flight home got canceled by BA. I was told by FlyWorldclass that I would have to pay extra to fly back in business class after the flights are resumed and that it was BA policy etc. I contacted the airline directly via Twitter and I was booked in business class without paying extra. I shared that with Flyworldclass and was told to not contact the airline directly in the future. Anyway kinda strange thing....

BE CAREFUL!!!
Terrible, unprofessional service and if I could give a lower score, I would. We originally booked seats from Ireland to Australia at good value prices, however these seats got cancelled twice. Although this was out of the control of FlyWorld Class, they refused to give us a refund and the only solution they offered was to spend $5000 US additional per ticket. We came to terms that this was the only option and went ahead. When we flew from Ireland to London, we were told by the Emirates counter that they couldn't check us in as the travel agent booked us on the wrong flight from NZ to Oz (Quarantine free flight) and were denied boarding. This was extremely stressful and instead of being apologetic, Neil said it was our responsibility to check which flight we should be on, and shouted at my partner on the phone. This is the main value of a travel agent in my mind and was an outrageous response. We rebooked flights for 2 days later, spending another $500 US to get booked. BEWARE before booking!

ABSOLUTELY USLESS COMPANY
I am giving one star only because no stars wasn't available. Actually they deserve Minus 2 stars at the very best. I had to cancel my flight to China for myself and my wife because of the pandemic and not being allowed to enter China. They charged me $1195 up front and now want me to pay and additional $1386 up front to receive a refund and hav to wait 2 or 3 more months for the refund. The flight was canceled in July and now they are telling me that I would have to wait till around January 2021 for the refund. They are holding the credit information I guess to force me to use their company again but that won't happen. If necessary I will file a complaint with the Attorney General of the state they are located in and it would add more time but even if I loose more money I will hire a lawyer and sue them.

These guys offer cheap business class…
These guys offer cheap business class flights but do not know how to navigate airline bookings through this pandemic. After being scheduled and cancelled twice I was offered a raft of unsuitable alternatives, only one of which stood any chance of getting me home and they wanted another $7,000 for that.
Trying to get my money back is beyond a joke. They Have not renewed their ASTA affiliation despite advertising as such on their website. Beware.
