Just booked a trip and was able to save compared to prices I saw online for the same flight in business class. With the virus I have been going crazy at home and needed to do something anything. I was able to get help from a real person who knows where I can travel as a tourist and was able to send me a link so I can learn about the requirements to enter the country as a tourist without being “essential”. I am super excited to go to Dubai next month without having to spend the full $6000. Overall I got about 20% off.
If you dread having to search for a bargain deal and want someone to do it for you, I definitely recommend this company.

The worst experience I have ever had…This company is a FRAUD!!!
The worst experience I have ever had with a travel agency. I have used third party companies before but this is the absolute worse of all. This company is shady to say the least. I have been stuck in a 8 month battle with this company about tickets purchased for Europe that were supposed to be cancelled because of Covid restrictions. I spoke directly to the airline but because it was purchased through FlyWorld they cannot cancel the flights although they would have if they would have been purchased directly through them. FlyWorld has managed to give me every excuse to not refund me my money. I am still currently receiving change of flight confirmation and I am not even on the trip. My tickets totaled thousands of dollars and they have done nothing but give me the run around. Don’t purchase anything through this company. They’re a FRAUD!!!!!

We understand that your experience was not up to our world class standard. With that said we firmly stand by the service and assistance we continue to provide to you as we continue to work on securing you a refund from the airline that processed the charges to your credit card.
As a result of a credit card dispute (also known as a chargeback) that you placed on part of the transaction, as well as the ticketing airline's delay in processing a refund to your credit card, we acknowledge that receiving your justly due refund has been significantly delayed.
This explanation has been provided in numerous direct correspondences and understood by you, however due to continued delays on the part of the ticketing airline to process the refund, we are being held accountable by you. We sincerely have done everything within our control to address and rectify the issue, and truly share in your frustration as there is nothing that we want more than to resolve this issue. We understand you feel as though you are receiving a run-around, and we too share in that, as we have only diligently relayed the information to you as we receive it and have been nothing but transparent throughout this lengthy process.
While your frustration at this situation is completely justified and understandable, it saddens and confuses us to know that you believe we are anything but a genuine business that provides service with integrity. For us to be inaccurately deemed fraudulent by you is baseless as we have been and continue to be on your side.
The fact of the matter is regarding your refund is that the tickets were processed by the ticketing airline's credit card merchant. We have nothing to gain from delaying your refund. We hope that in consideration of the facts, that you will reconsider your negative review and remove any defamatory mentions of fraudulence.
As always, know that we are on your side and will continue to be of assistance to you for anything you need regarding this reservation. We would like to thank you for booking with us and we look forward to gaining your trust and business.

Having them changed in that frequency is certainly not conductive to that experience.
