Fully customised foam with super fast dispatch! Received exactly what I have ordered because the description on the site helped me choose the right product.

I used the foam to plump up upcycled sofa cushions .

I went for medium firm and 2 depth.

I think in hindsight that 3cm and firm would have been better, as not a marked improvement.

Otherwise delivered on time and good value.

Foam arrived promptly. I was a little surprised that it hadn't been cut into measured pieces as offered and accepted but it actually wasn't too difficult for me to cut. It is very dense and has given my old furniture a real boost. Thank you.

Smooth transaction, good website, easy ordering, foams perfectly cut to precise dimensions, reasonably priced, delivered on time, quality item. What’s not to like?! (Oh, I think you need a ‘continue shopping’ or ‘order more foam’ button on your website - for when a customer is ordering multiple pieces - most orders I would have thought?) Otherwise, marvellous.

I made an order which stated it was custom made, yet it did not specify that the dimensions I requested could not be made. I received an email a day before the delivery stating I had been refunded £4 as the cover could not be made due to the size of the foam.
It arrived as two small double foam pieces instead of a large Caesar size foam piece. This was not what I ordered and was never notified it could not be made. I was told after speaking to customer services that that size could not be made.
They were very understanding and apologized saying someone should have notified me and asked me if I still want to proceed with the order. They kindly offered a refund on return.

Great products and service. I ordered foam and put the incorrect side in for it to be curved and the lady called me to make sure, enabling a smooth transaction. Very thankful for that. Happy customer. Thank you!

The foam is spot on exactly what was ordered

I needed sponge for bay window seat.
So easy to put measurements in and choose thickness and quality. Communication was excellent. Very quick delivery and well packaged.
