Very happy with the new foam inserts for my couch. While it took a few days to get used to the new inserts because my old ones were so bad, the couch is now super comfy again, way more supportive, and doesn’t sink in like it used to. Much easier to get up from as you no longer feel like you are sitting on the floor. It honestly feels like I got a whole new couch for way less money. If your cushions are flat or your couch has become uncomfortable, do it, you won’t regret it!!

I ordered two large couch cushions and was very pleased with the quality and perfect fit. My 20 year old couch looks new. Thank you for a high quality and professional product. I found the measuring instruction and video easy to understand. I had the foam wrapped with the Dacron. I think the Dacron wrap added to the nice appearance.

I was a little nervous about getting new foam and feather envelope that would fit my couch cushions. After watching the helpful videos for properly measuring the cushion size and providing a few details on my order form, I was pleasantly surprised that the new cushions fit perfectly. The foam in my beautiful lanai sofa had totally disintegrated. I thought replacing it was going to be a major hassle and require my decorator to help. But the Foam Order website tells you how measure for cushion replacements and made it easy and efficient. The cushions arrived and fit perfectly. They totally revived my sofa and it is both beautiful and comfortable again. I never write reviews but I thought that Foam Order did such a great job I decided to make an exception. We bought a pair of chairs from RH a few years ago. We were never satisfied with them because the down topped seat cushions were always too sloppy, feathers coming out of them, too thin and just uncomfortable. These were very expensive chairs and I almost gave them to my sister. I googled custom order foam seat cushions and found this WONDERFUL COMPANY!! I am so glad I did. I ordered two replacement cushions to the exact size I felt my original cushions should have been and needed to be to fully fill the linen seat covers. My order was completed quickly, packed with great care and shipped fast!! The cushions were cut precisely to my specifications and they fit absolutely perfect!! We finally love our chairs! Purchased cushions from another company 9 months ago n bottom cushions were horrible. Researched foam suppliers and found FoamOrder. There product recommendations tool led us to the EverFlex V44 product with Dacron wrap. The foam measurements worked perfect and the cushions now have the firmness we expected. We r so happy to now have sunroom seating that is supportive, firm and comfortable.

If you've been searching online for a fast easy reputable solution to that couch cushion that's either bald up because your dog sits it on it all day, or the kids use it to beat each other, and now it's out of shape, ugly, and lost its comfort--this is the place you want to be. The process of taking measurements and uploading exact sizing that I needed to have my couch cushion replaced was quick and easy and the communication was awesome.. I now have one couch cushion that is 100% more comfortable than all the others. Now I have a new problem. --and the only resolution is changing out all the cushions to match this. Their prices are killer. I've been around a lot of websites and I've even tried to remedy them problem myself and it's not easy so you've come to the right place. Don't look any further. Replaced the saggy old cushions in our 2003 American Leather sofa and loveseat. I think we paid $7000 for the pair back then. The leather is still perfect, but the cushions were flattened and the down filled wrap had torn and was leaking feathers everywhere. we went couch shopping and found that to buy couches of similar quality, it would cost us almost $20k. Yikes! Decided to give cushion replacement a try, but couldn't find a local upholstery shop that wanted the job. Jumped on Google and found foamorder.com. The cushions were pretty pricey for foam and feathers (About $1000 for 5 large cushions). Super easy to order, turnaround in 3 weeks or so. After vacuuming feathers for hours, we got the couches reassembled and they look and feel like new again! We saved $12k with a little bit of effort on our part, We couldn't be more satisfied! We just ordered more cushions for to replace the floppy misshapen back cushions for another sofa and loveseat- can't wait to see the transformation again!

For a custom-made product, this was very very easy to specify size and foam type, and the lead time was extremely reasonable. I would have expected to pay 2 or 3 times what I paid for the product I received. VERY satisfied with the quality and turnaround time!

I liked the way i could see the shape I needed for my chair. But i was doing this on a weekend and could not talk with someone to get my order done. But I worked thru it and it turned out to fit nicely. The edges could have been rounded instead of squared off. I managed to trim off enough with the scissors. About a 1/2 inch. I squashed it into the original cover and it fit well.

Product exceeded expectations with amazing cushion support that brought new life to the family sofa.

The fabric on my sofa appeared to be stretched and wrinkled.The form core had compressed giving it a bad appearance and poor support and was only 3 years old! I decided to try replacing the form core in the cushions. The support in the new foam was terrific and the cushion looks great. Much cheaper than a new sofa. I am very happy with the value of the cushions.
