Efficient and effevtive

Years of great service from this company
Focused have been my umbrella company for years. In all that time they have never dropped the ball. Their service is efficient, fuss-free and user friendly. I love the fact that I can accrue for holiday and draw that money down if I take a week off to go away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Abbie Potter and the team are amazing
Abbie helps me onboard a range of contractors, some straightforward, others, tough to manage! Abbie makes the process smooth no matter how challenging the situation may be. She provides top quality customer care and is always on hand to help.
Focused always answer the phone and sort out any issues and they are always the first umbrella firm to spot potential future issues and get them sorted before deadlines! I couldn't ask for a better service from Abbie and the team.

Fantastic company / great service No1 stop for Umbrella services
I've been working closely with Focused as an agency, particularly with Abbie and David, and they have been fantastic from the very beginning.
