Foilux Reviews

Great product and excellent customer service!
I ordered from Foilux as I was taking my mum away for her 60th birthday. I left it late with ordering but messaged Foilux who sent it out straight away for me so that it arrived in time!
My mum absolutely loved it 🥰 thank you!

Wondeful service, stunning tickets and great keep sakes. I've used a few times over the years for holidays, concerts and other experiences and they are excellent quality.

Will continue to use

First time using this company and what can I say I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Nothing was to much even when I had to amend the ticket (my own fault) this was done without question. The ticket is amazing and I can't wait to gift this to the other half for 🎅☃️🎄. Thank you so much.

Absolutely love the scratch ticket I ordered my mum as part of her Christmas present. It is of beautiful quality, and came with a lovely box. Thank you so much for a great service, we appreciate you working alone to make these beautiful tickets, keep up the good work and have a fab Christmas yourself!

Product arrived excellently, really happy with it. I consider the delivery time to be quick considering such a personalised product. Simply take into account the stated delivery times, and you’ll be fine. The product speaks for itself, great quality & colours, I love it and I’m sure my partner will love the beautiful reveal!

Ordered a ticket for our Disney Christmas reveal and I’m absolutely in love with it! It’s such a fun thing to add to a reveal; It’s so pretty half of me doesn’t even want to scratch it off! Delivery times were advertised on the website and constantly on their instagram page. Perfectly packaged and arrived in the correct timeframe. Will definitely be using this company again.

I’ve used Foilux now on multiple occasions and will always come back.
As well as beautiful, high quality items, I have even been able to reach out and ask for parts from one design and parts from another design merged to make the perfect present for my needs and she’s only happy to help and accommodate!

I’ve ordered from Foilux before so decided I would do the same with his Christmas as I loved the products so much! This order was delivered earlier than expected so I decided to buy again, this time the DIY Christmas tickets - I bet these will be just as perfect as the others! Great customer service with great attention to detail

My scratch card voucher arrived within the time specified and was exceptional quality.
Delivery deadlines were straight forward and clear when purchasing.
Very good value for money given the quality.
Can’t for for my daughters to receive their “Strictly Surprise” on Christmas Day.

I think this is the third time I've ordered from Foilux and the process is always so smooth and easy. The tickets turn up quickly and are beautiful. The designs are perfect and they are well priced. Will definitely order again.

Very quick from order to delivery and item was exactly what I asked for

Such an amazing keepsake for a gift that cant be wrapped otherwise. Beautiful designs available and they are customisable too. The ordering process was straightforward and the items arrived within the advised time frame. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend

The service was great, I received an email after my order was placed asking if I’d like extra Christmas bits added which was really nice. The ticket came quickly and I absolutely love it! Can’t recommend enough. So much nicer than a normal boring ticket.

Perfect service.
