Folksy is such a little known gem of a site! It’s like going to a giant craft fayre but without having to worry about inclement weather spoiling the day. There are so many incredibly talented crafters and makers out there and it’s great to be able to find so many under one roof. It’s a great place to find unique, hand crafted goodies for presents, I just love it!

Such a variety to choose from. The quality of the products is outstanding, and their prices are reasonable too.

I’m absolutely loving Folksy at the moment, it’s so easy to use wether your a seller or a buyer, everything is so quick and straightforward.

I love the fact that everything is hand made both from a buyer and a seller's point of view.

Folksy is a wonderful selling platform for crafts where you know everything is made in the UK.
Acknowledgement and shipment was very quick, the checkout process was easy, and received product excellent.
Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from Folksy again.

Like others who have commented, My personal view is on promoting the site and marketing in general! I have a feeling you are just sat on our subscriptions @ £7.50 a month x members? = £100.000.00 pa =/-

On a positive note

It was really easy to set up my shop, list my items for sale and include photos.
When I sold an item, payment was confirmed through the site and all the information I needed was there to complete the sale.

This is the first time I have used Folksy, and pleased I have chosen this platform.
I have used a competitor platform which was supposedly for crafts, however, it has changed so much.
Folksy was easy to set up and had a considerable amount of choice and training. Love it!

I have found this website easy to use when creating my online shop. Lots of advice is available to offer help & advice.

I recently treated myself to a pair of handmade earrings from Folksy and I'm absolutely in love! They're so unique and beautifully made. The whole shopping experience was a breeze, and the earrings arrived safely and quickly. It's great to support independent makers, and Folksy makes it so easy to find amazing pieces.

I love the folksy website. It is easy to set up an account for selling with so far no pressure to run things so that you feel as though you are working for someone else like some other selling platforms.
The only down side is the app as you cannot really interact with your shop or see stats. The only thing you can do is add or edit listings and even then I have been unsuccessful at that as can't load photos, but hopefully it will improve.
I will stick with it and just have to work from a pc in future.

Disappointed to find out the only competition to Etsy can’t hold a candle to them in terms of functionality and service. Paid for the Plus option since listing without this would have worked out incredible expensive with a much smaller audience than Etsy.

The option to transfer listings directly from Etsy was greatly welcomed, but turned out to be extremely manual and involve downloading the CSV and sending via email to Folksy. Not a big issue but definitely felt clunky. I then wasn’t able to move them out of drafts, so had to email Support to be told I’d skipped some step that wasn’t flagged as required. When I finally got them listed, I received an email saying that my items were a copyright infringement (they definitely aren’t, and are sold on multiple other platforms without issue). At this point I asked them to close the shop and refund my Plus payment - they did the former and refused to do the latter.

Folksy always has a beautiful selection of handmade cards, and sellers who go above and beyond. I'm very happy with my customer experience and will be shopping here again!

Love selling on the platform.

I do love Folksy because it's a site for genuine British handmade crafts, it's also a British run company and has a friendly community. You can rest assured you are buying hand crafted, hand painted, hand made. The only downside hence 4 instead of 5 stars is that it is not as well known as it could be. Hopefully that will change as more British creatives move to Folksy

Folksy does a great job being clear and prompt

Appalling. Ordered a card from Kraken Cards via Folksy and it never arrived. Seller wouldn't respond to emails and Folksy claimed to be unable to help. I've been robbed, don't use.

Would like to be able to message customers direct from Folksy to tell them we have dispatched the order. Would also like to be able to purchase shipping labels direct from Folksy.
