He explained how they keep me informed by text and email at each stage of the process. Within 24 hours my phone was ready.

I recently visited Fonfix to get my iPhone battery replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. Adam was incredibly courteous, professional, and kind throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being provided.
The replacement was done quickly and efficiently, and my phone is now working perfectly. I really appreciated Adam’s friendly attitude and excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across such a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be recommending Fonfix to others.

Bad MacBook Pro Experience
Pretty bad experience overall.I went into them with a 2017 MacBook a few weeks ago and paid €50 only to be told it was completely unfixable and beyond repair.Took it to another place and all they had to do was plug it into the LAN and connect it to the internet.Waste of €50!

Adam Morton on reception was v friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about phones in general, and fair and honest. He gave me some good information and tips going forward ! I had had a bit of a nightmare with the phone up until then. However, the drop in appointment at Fónfix was much easier and quicker. I should have just dropped it in sooner. The phone looks great, it's like a brand new phone. Their experties come through well.

Just got hold my iPhone after the back glass repair with in almost 24 hours. It looks pretty neat and these guys are lightening fast when it comes to fixing phones.

No communication, wanted more money
I ordered a battery and charging port replacement from Fonfix with same-day delivery on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025, and scheduled a same-day repair for Friday, January 31st. However, I had to reach out to Fonfix to ask about the collection timeframe, as this was not stated anywhere on their website. The total cost was €105, including a €15 courier fee. The courier collected my phone on Friday, but after that, I had no updates on the return. On Tuesday, February 4th (after the bank holiday), I received a notification saying that the repair would cost an additional €200, making the total €305. I chose to have my phone returned instead.
Unfortunately, I haven't received any further customer service responses since Friday, and the contact number on their website doesn't connect to anyone or allow for leaving a message. There was no mention of potential additional charges for the repair on their website, which I would have inquired about before proceeding, as the cost could have justified replacing the phone entirely. This experience has been very frustrating due to poor communication and lack of transparency. I just want my phone returned and a refund issued without further delay or the need for legal action.

Everything went super smooth with a battery replacement for a Google Pixel 7a. I booked the job in advance, communication was great, they replaced the battery same day (took about 3-4 hours). Would use again.

Friendly, Excellent service
Adam was excellent from start to finish. Despite being inundated with appointments, he made time to check my MacBookAir earlier than scheduled. He clearly explained the issue and how he would fix it. An issue that would’ve taken way longer by consulting Apple was solved by Adam in a matter of minutes. I will be back.
