Friendly, Excellent service
Adam was excellent from start to finish. Despite being inundated with appointments, he made time to check my MacBookAir earlier than scheduled. He clearly explained the issue and how he would fix it. An issue that would’ve taken way longer by consulting Apple was solved by Adam in a matter of minutes. I will be back.

Quality service
Had my S23 Ultra repaired within hours this week (damaged screen) with manufacturer approved service thanks to Adam and Carl. Adam is a complete gent who was extremely helpful and the phone is again perfect. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
Brilliant service. I brought my tablet in for a screen repair and it was done in 3 hours. Customer service was excellent. Adam was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Responsive, helpful and timely. Adam at reception was excellent - he advised what would happen, how to protect the data on my phone and advised when to come back. A broken phone is stressful but this was such a seamless process, I'll definitely be back.

I now have no phone again.Same problem has happened. The phone won't go on.Fonefix said they replaced a drive. However doing same thing again. Fonefix wiped my phone last time. I put a review up last time.
I have no phone for christmas. I would be grateful if fonefix would reply but highly unlikely deserve no stars.

Hi Michaela, We are Samsung's service partner in Ireland, they provide mandatory training and strict service guidelines on how to carry out repairs which must go through a mandatory diagnostics which resets the data and tests the unit. As your device passed the diagnostics after repair on its previous visit it met manufacturing standards and was cleared for despatching.
