Great tutor, excellent facilities, handy parking, recipes that work

learning there was so much fun. it was a great experience and the vibe was positive. Working together with other people in the same boat as me, and our teacher was positive and helpful.
the place we were learning in was clean and tidy and beautiful and had a good atmosphere.

The instructor was friendly, clear and very supportive during the sessions. There was a good balance of theory and practical. Lots of practical which was great as I got to practice making the different coffees. I enjoyed the course more than I expected and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The NZSFW offered a great course - I needed to get a qualification module completed and found they offered suitable class times and a good overview of the programme. I was able to sign up the day before and attend an online class the next day. I highly recommend Celia’s style and delivery of the course content. She brought it to life! Oliver provided great support in answering all pre programme related questions. The assessment framework was well communicated and easy for me to follow and understand.

I recently completed the Certified Licence Controller course at the New Zealand School of Food and Wine, and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The course was well-structured, clear, and easy to follow, covering all the essential aspects of alcohol licensing and responsible service. The instructors were knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive, making it easy to understand both the theory and practical requirements. I also appreciated the timely updates and communication throughout the course. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience, and I feel confident in my licence controller qualification.
