Faulty Honda leaf blower
Bought a Honda leaf blower and it was faulty. They said to take it to the Honda service dealership to get it repaired which is a 30 mile round trip. It’s brand new and I would like a replacement but they seem reluctant to do this. I am very disappointed to the customer service I have been given I would not recommend to buy from this company 😡

Looking at your order, we have tried to offer a resolution over email with yourself, including both the offer of taking it to a local dealer around 13 miles away, or to return it to ourselves if needed. The issue described is likely a small fix that can be sorted within a few minutes maximum, so we suspect that the local Honda Dealer would be the quickest and cheapest option to resolve it.
If the machine is still not working as expected after the local dealer has looked at it, then we are of course happy to take a look and resolve it as quickly as we can, but this will take a few days to send back and resolve.
