Previous experience has been fantastic but for some reason my latest order was sent out addressed to the wrong house number (delivered 6/1/26). Fortunately I have been able to retrieve it. Very pleased with the kit and will happily buy from Forest and Arb in future.

After paying £10 for express delivery…
After paying £10 for express delivery as I was away the following week. It didn't turn up until I was away and was bombarded with emails saying I missed there delivery. It said it was going to be re delivered the next day so I had someone waiting for it to be delivered only to find it left on the front step... Let's put this one down to Christmas

I can see that you paid for 'Next Working Day' delivery on Friday 12th, meaning this was due to be delivered on Monday 15th. Unfortunately this wasn't able to be delivered successfully and so was reattempted on the 16th. Apologies that this was delivered at an inconvenient time however this was the service that was paid for when ordering with us.
We take all customer feedback seriously, so that we can aim to deliver a better experience next time.

Operating illegally
Awful company. My £1,625 order was left by tnt in direct view on my front door step. My wife was home all day and nobody even attempted to knock. It was stolen. I don’t even go indoors for a wee if I have my garage open, why anyone would leave a branded delivery of such high value out on display is beyond me, I did not specify for it to be left in a safe place. TNT don’t want to know. Initially I was told to report it to the police so they could action a replacement. I did that. Then they said their delivery drivers are familiar with the areas so know where is safe. I took advice on this Under the consumer act 2015 the goods remain the property of the seller until safely delivered to the customer and signed for. Or at least handed to the customer.
It is up to the seller to fulfil the order I paid for and take it up with TNT I’m basically being told it’s not their problem and to try and claim it back through my credit card company.

With regards to the above, we have spoken over the phone this morning and come to a resolution on this case. As discussed, we totally understand your frustration and we do apologise for all the inconvenience this has caused you. We are doing our best to come to a resolution with TNT, and to be clear we definitely do not give them authorization to leave parcels without a signature. For an order of such high value we do have to jump through certain hoops in order to get an insurance claim processed for stolen goods.
Thank you for being so understanding of our position, we do apologise for all the confusion and loss of goods on behalf of TNT.

All sealed openings and internal protective wrappings were disturbed.
Had to fight to get a replacement or a full refund despite taking pictures and documenting the condition of the delivered package.
WGM would not accept that the package had been previously opened!
Will not purchase from WGM or Forrest and Arb in the future.

We did look carefully into your case, and while the packaging showed some minor wear from the courier network, (i appreciate there was scratching on the cardboard at the top of the box) the item itself was fully sealed, and in brand-new condition. For this reason, it did not meet the criteria for a replacement, as all boxes can experience similar transit marks during delivery.
We understand that this was still frustrating for you, and we’re sorry that our explanation didn’t meet your expectations. We also appreciate that you spoke directly with our manager, who reviewed the situation in full to ensure everything was handled correctly.
After having these collected, your order was refunded back to you which we hope you have received by now.
