Ce tapis hybride, répond parfaitement à mes besoins. Autant à l’aise sous un bureau assis debout qu’en mode tapis de course. On sent que la qualité est là et qu’il est fait pour durer.

Je viens de recevoir mon tapis WalkingPad A1 Pro et j’en suis ravi autant sur la plan sonore que sur ces dimensions qui rendent sont utilisation confortable. Je recommande ce produit !

Ravie de mon walkingpad que j’utilise maintenant depuis 4 mois. Ça me permet de compléter mes pas dans la journée et j’ai pu développer une meilleure mobilité au fil des mois. Il est indispensable surtout les jours de mauvais temps ou quand je n’ai pas beaucoup de temps pour sortir. Très silencieux et confortable. Je le glisse sous mon canapé quand je ne l’utilise pas

J'ai acheté un C2 de la marque WalkingPad recommandé par mes coachs sportifs en juin 2025. J'ai pu profiter de mon appareil et en étais très satisfaite.
Malheureusement, depuis plusieurs semaines, un message d'erreur s'affiche et mon appareil est HS.
J'ai pris contact avec le SAV. Après un certain nombre d'échange mails, la solution a été trouvée !
Merci de m'avoir entendu et d'avoir apporté la meilleure des solutions.
NB : reste néanmoins la problématique du SAV "physique"/entretien de l'appareil sur ma région

I’m really pleased with this walking pad. It’s easy to use and has been a great addition to my daily routine. Since it arrived, I’ve been using it every day and it’s really helped me stay consistent with my exercise.

One of my favourite features is the incline function. Being able to raise the walking pad and walk on an incline makes my workouts more challenging, so I can get a really good workout without even leaving the house.

Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

I bought the new C5i Walking Pad/ Treadmill and had the best experience from start to finish. I already owned a Walking Pad from this company which has been absolutely brilliant but decided to go for the new model with the incline feature. From the point of purchase I was kept up to date with regular e mails and text messages. The Walking Pad was delivered promptly by two very helpful , respectful delivery guys who carried it extremely carefully to the room of our choice, unpacked and removed all packaging. What a totally brilliant service. The new C5i is a fantastic upgrade from my previous Walking Pad and couldn’t be more pleased . From ordering to delivery has been a 5 star service and Customer service is always first class. Well done Walking Pad. AMAZING

Very reliable service

I ve ordered a C2 walking pad. It seems sturdy & does the job well. I use it on the minimum setting (0,5kmh) so its quiet. Its a little bit heavier than i thought. The app needs an update & it could be great to have a garmin watch sync or feature. My treadmill had an issue unfortunately but it was resolved quickly and efficiently.
The customer service is amazing (kind & professional), they helped me for purchase, before and during delivery & were of tremendous help for the issues i ve encountered regarding the app & the product.

I highly recommend this walking pad it's very convenient and foldable, so it's perfect for storing under a bed! The customer service is very great 😊

What a great support and a very fast responses ! I raised a ticket on Saturday and they immediately solved my issue on Monday morning !
