I had a problem with my D1 Pro with weak laser, and first I couldn't specify where the problem lies. I received assistance from xTool Support and Luka helped me to solve this issue. First, logic board replacement was issued although it did not solve the problem; then the laser head parts replacement fixed all the problem. All thanks to the patient assistance from Luka. Thank you so much!

Customer service is exceptional. I have had a couple of issues with my equipment and xtool was very fast to replace the parts. Xtool has gone above and beyond what I expected.

I had an accident with my laser and Luka came in to the rescue of my D1. my only complain would be the AI, this thing can be useful sometimes, but it does not understand if the proper keywords are not met. it sent me instructions for a P2 when I needed assistance with a D1. But again, Luka was there so im ok now. :D

They tried to solve my issues as fast as they could considering the time differemce. It was resolved very well indeed. The person, Luka, tried their best despite my slight anger in my emails. The person remained calm and professional at all.

Yje company is not the best I have dealt but they are not the worst. I would rate the company at 80 out 100.

My M1 caught on fire. Luka was my service tech. He was so kind, responsive and very helpful. He responded to all my emails.

SAV très gentil et très réactif, mais les réponses apportés sont toujours les mêmes. Petit bémol pour leur système de téléversement de fichiers.
La différence de gravure sur des matériaux très durs, entre le mode texte et le mode photo et très importante.
Manque un peu de puissance sur des matériaux très durs.
Si on veut un bon résultat, le temps de gravure est très très long, car il faut mettre les paramètres à fond et le temps de passe de gravure très bas et minimum 2 passes. Donc un petit dessin d'environ 30 mm par 30 mm peut prendre jusqu'à 3h pour un très bon résultat. La précision de gravure est excellente. Le logiciel bride un peu trop l'utilisation. On devrait avoir plus de choix dans le mode de gravure.
Pour: très bon matériel, gravure très très précise, logiciel très simple (trop simple), petit gabarit,
Contre: Manque de puissance sur matériaux très durs, logiciel trop "bridé".
En bref, très bon matériel pour la déco (cuir, bois, etc.) et du bricolage.
