After a few "hiccups" when entering our information on the computer, it was extremely streamline obtaining our mortgage and our money, We are now entering our 2nd year with Fraction, and on occasion any questions or concerns we have are addressed in a timely manner. We would have no problem at all recommending Fraction to our friends.

We were coached through the entire process from the time of our application to completion. With what dates were possible, what deadlines were not feasible. Then as our closing date approached, daily calls for progress.

Fraction is an alternative reverse mortgage company. Unlike CHIP reverse mortgages, you don't have to be 90 years old to qualify for 40 or 50 % equity in your house. Fraction does not consider your age as a hinderance when applying. Their lending criteria has more to do with the value of your home now, and in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fraction was able to provide us with a home equity loan in a timely fashion.

The process was pretty simple and straightforward. The ability to have a reverse mortgage and access the equity in the house was the perfect option. There were no issues.

The underwriting and the BDM with Fraction was seamless. Easy to work with and great communication.
