I bought this bracelet a few weeks ago I absolutely love it. The stones are beautiful the colours are great the 8mm beads are a good size for me as it matches my super sevens bracelet. The web site is easy to use (as I am not computer savy )lots of choice and everything I have bought is of excellent quality delivery didn't take long and packaging was good. Judy

We ordered a beautiful apple watch strap for my daughters birthday. We gave it to her a week after it arraived and she wore it for 32 days and it snapped. We contacted customer service and because it was 32 days they said they only guarantee quality for 30 days. Terrible quality, I would not recommend at all.

Quick delivery, a beautiful product! Enjoying wearing the watch strap, nice and comfortable and the colour of the stones work well with lots of different outfits.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. One bracelet was really small (they dont mark sizing so just worth being aware this is a risk). One didn't look remotely like the images and when I complained they said it was 'natural variation of bead colouring'. But it was essentially dull brown instead of bright purple. Their returns policy is to post registered delivery at your own expense from the UK to France, only to get a credit and no refund. I do therefore unfortunately regret purchasing anything. So just be aware that its essentially no returns on that basis.

It’s hard to tell how nice jewellery is going to be, when you see it online. Beaded bracelets can be so hit and miss.
I am so so thrilled with my beautiful purchase from Free Spirit and was stopped, the very first time I wore it, to ask where I got it from.

Their Customer Service is friendly and was incredibly responsive via email when I was choosing an alternate selection. I can highly recommend this company for both products and customer service. The online shop is so easy to navigate, and the customer service is awesome! It did take a little longer to get my items (not so many thanks Trump...) but they kept me informed every step of the way! Purchased what was described on website as a sterling silver crest moon necklace, item came and is clearly not sterling silver it is silver plated at best packaging from China not Canada states sterling silver and also platinum plated, no hallmark stamp and is magnetic in parts. Emailed to explain the issue and the store disputed and said it is sterling silver. Have had a jeweller friend of mine take a look and it is not. I responded back to store who then have given me instructions on return to France at my own expense even though there is a UK return address on the package itself. After returning I will be issued a store credit! Since my complaint with this shop the item is now no longer listed it has disappeared conveniently. Uk law I am entitled to a full refund if item is not as described I will not be and do not recommend anybody purchases from this store.

I rarely write review but this is such appaling after service.Unfortunately I bought the Natural Pink Aventurine & Pearl Apple Watch Bracelet on Jan 2nd with a number of other straps so I spent a huge sum of money with ecah strap aprox 50USD. Now 4 months later having only worn the strap intermittently it broke. These straps are not cheap but look lovely but i would have expected it to last more than 4 months for infrequent use. I contacted Free spirit and they said that after 30 days all they would offer me is 25% off my next strap. I find this totally unacceptable that a strap last 4 months and all they offer is 25% off another purchase
