What an amazing shop - I purchased two rings from Free Spirit and they both arrived fairly quick. The packaging was so lovely, even came with two polishing cloths! The rings are real silver, no tarnishing, and I wear my jewelry all the time (even washing dishes didn’t cause any issues!) Also such great customer service and so so so happy with these rings. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding.

These beads are wonderful. Real great quality and beautiful. I had an issue with one bracelet I bought and mailed customer care and they got back to me promptly and sent me a brand new bracelet with no issues what so ever. Obviously I had to send pics to show my issue but it was the least I expected. Their customer service is excellent and for this alone I will be purchasing again from them. I will be telling my friends about them and I highly recommend to all. I’m from Ireland and delivery was a lot quicker than expected. A week. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and the most beautiful and great quality bracelets. I can’t wait to shop again.

My band arrived too small. I ordered a small. Broke within a few hours of having it.

Free Spirit Shop jewellery is beautiful. My friend gifted me with a beautiful bracelet, and as I am vegan, I was pleasantly surprised that it came with an alternative to leather. I love it, and when my 18 year old granddaughter saw mine, she asked if I could please get her one for her birthday. I recently purchased a beautiful bracelet for her which she loves. Very beautiful, and well made

The product was pretty just didnt work with my watch...their return policy is horrible...They ask you to return it to China and pay for shipping yourself so the shipping fee was more than the item was worth. So pretty much if you live in the US dont plan on returning or exchanging with this company...and of course they dont tell you this up front.

I love the quality and colours of the bracelet stack. It was also here in very good time! I will buy again.

They sent me a watch band in 3 pieces and told me to put it together. I cannot. Now I get to pay a jeweler to do it. They refuse to send me a complete product

I received my garmin watch band 12/26/24. Started wearing in Jan 2025. It was beautiful. By mid Feb, I noticed lose strings on 1 side of the band. Then noticed 1 piece missing upon more careful inspection. I placed a tape on it to keep it together. I contacted Free Spirit. Sent them pictures. And their answer was their warranty is passed 30 days, offered a 25% discount if I wanted to purchase a new band. UNBELIEVABLE!!! for the price, I didn't expect their product to fall apart in less than 2 month's use. I don't do anything hard core, to where the watch was exposed to "harsh" wear and tear. Not even swimming. I'm highly disappointed.

To be honest I was a little concerned as I ordered on 20th Jan and no further updates on delivery after couple of weeks...however I emailed and received reply within 24 hours giving reassurance. Have now just received my bracelet and it is truly lovely! I will definitely be ordering from them again .

The mala beads i received from Free Spirit are gorgeous. They are vibrant and fairly large. The teardrop Rose Quartz pendant is radiant. These are radiating great energy. Thank you Free Spirit!
