This company is fantastic. I have a house in remote Co. Galway in Ireland: I am due to have high-speed broadband in 2025, so... I cannot get any ADSL/VDSL options at the moment via the phoneline. Other satellite companies in Ireland told me that I was too mountain-bound, but Bentley-Walker, and their AMAZING man-on-the-ground in Ireland, Eamon, have sorted me out with a connection that is the envy of my neighbours. At every point I talked to a kind person who knew what they were dealing with and how it might affect me: no call centres and cut offs (as I had experienced with the mainline companies). I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Often I gauge customer service on how companies deal with things when problems occur. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, I had an issue and the team at Bentley Walker sorted it out for me. Shame I can only give 5 Stars, they deserve 10!

Out of 20 Satellite Internet providers I contacted, they answered the fastest, helped me patiently under hard circumstances, and offer the top 3 best prices!

l have had good service most of the time but l have to say that some of the time l seam to be fobbed off, with the mast 500 meters from my house and had to rely on Satcomms for help

Very understanding of my needs and requirements of a system and also very accommodating. Organised a system far more quickly than I initially thought.

I found my experience dealing with yous very good The gentleman Mr Richard Bettesworth could not have more helpful he done everythihg he could to help me also Mr Eamon O Sullivan who came and installed my new System was very nice and helpful.
Sorry but now i have to say i have a problem with the charges first on the 2Th of August Yous charged me 37Euro and 20Cent for the old system then on the 4TH of August yous Charged me 54Euro and 98Cent for my new system witch i had thought was Sorted out with Rich then when my cred cart statement arrived there is another charge 0f 54Euro and 6Cent for my new system.
Over all i am happy with your service I will get in touch as soon as i can to try and sort this out.

Previously had satellite broadband then changed to 4g broadband with other company, but then had issues with slow speeds and then no coverage, now back to freedomsat with no problems and great down/upload speeds! Thanks to freddomsat and Bentley walker

Excellent service, process was completed as planned, fitting was no problem very competent tech and support with untested from trustpilot team.

I was very impressed by the whole team back at base,they kept in touch and kept me updated on the progress of my satellite. The only slight niggle l had was that the installation engineer, having said his van had broken down the day of the planned installation, seemed to forget l was waiting! I would have given you a 4.5 star rating if that option had been available.

Reconnected after 8 months easy with passcode and a software update now average 30mbs download last year only 15mbs great improvement.
