Some what difficult at first,however I was able to get some assistance from my loan officer to help me thru the process. Deborah Gobins was very patient with assisting me thru out the whole loan process !

Pedro Ayate has been very professional, helpful, pleasant and informative. Most of the calls I answered from other lenders were pleasant and eager to help but I chose West Capital. I am still in the processing faze. There were too many calls.

Just keep providing customers with the timely information they need is a great service and appreciated.

Kross was very patient with me and his approach felt very warming and trustworthy. He did a wonderful job of explaining and walking us through every step of our Journy. I felt no pressure during our journey! he most definitely a asset to the company as far as I am concerned.

Free Rate did what I told them not to do. Told them I didn't want my interests of info broadcast "out there". I spent half of several days just waiding thru the names, the mort brokers. They said they would do a "soft pull" of my credit BS. Received a letter from Security National Mortgage stating they pulled the big three, Trans,Exper, and Equifax and did not like my scores etc.. If this dings my credit scores for pulling my credit !!! Don't even know Security National whoever. Free rate is just a leads mill. I'm passed, I'm 71 and tired of these less than upfront offers. Fill Free to contact me about the whole deal. I have secured a HELLOC. Ask be and I'll right a more positive for their outstanding, professional business practice.

David Oronoz, my Agent, has been courteous and patient and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me in detail and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
