(1)I ordered the food basket on february 12th twelve from my wife to be delivered on the 13th 1 day before valentines day. The basket never arrived
(2) I submitted an inquiry and no one contacted me until the 14th valentines Day to tell me that they couldn't complete the order. A complete waste of over 60 hrs of my time an no valentines day gift for my wife.
(3) on the 14th when someone finally reached out they offered me a 20 dollar credit and my money back. A complete waste of time and terrible offer for my wasted time. I asked to speak to a manager and it's February 24th I'm still waiting no one reached back.
(4) I called American express and got a refund on my own this company is horrible and unorganized.

Awful experience with this company. Paid extra to get deliver same day, got no updates or confirmation so I had to call to figure out what was going on and they pushed it to the next day without telling me. Continued to send no updates so I called again and customer service and they HUNG UP ON ME. Do not use this company!

The delivery showed up the next day, not same day. The picture of the fruit bouquet was the same picture used for edible arrangements and once it was delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. The fruit was dry and tasteless. What a waste of $134.00. Will never order from them in the future.

I gave one star because I can't give 0 stars. I ordered an arrangement that was to be delivered yesterday. It was never delivered. I called the customer service 3 times. The representatives are very nice and supportive but do not resolve the issue. I'm still waiting today for them to deliver and am not trusting that they will do so. My daughter has a ring bell so I know that delivery was not attempted although the store says it was. I will never order from this company again. I meant to order from Edible Arrangements but clicked on the first link. What a big mistake.
AWFUL customer service and GUARANTEED late delivery
This company has a great product but AWFUL customer service. They don't give you and delivery ETA. The customer service reps can't give you any tracking. My order that I placed was late because they didn't communicate to me. When the order came it was dropped off by a doordash driver. This company needs to fix their logistics and be more transparent their customers. You will be disappointed in delivery with them unless you are ok with your order arriving at any time.
Late and Gross
I placed my order in plenty of time for Christmas and chose my delivery date of 12/22. The strawberries were finally delivered the evening of 12/23 but arrived half frozen and squishy. When I contacted customer service on 12/23 I was assured the berries would still be edible upon arrival, they were disgusting. $60 wasted.

Horrible company, don’t order from them. I don’t even leave reviews but I had to this time. I order the 22nd @ 10:30am $190 worth of stuff for same day delivery. it never arrived & they never updated tracking information, there’s no one to call just some stupid Ai text line that pretty much give you the run around & they don’t refund you 100% of your money but they do give you 20$ off your next purchase though, apparently that’s suppose to fix the problem. 0.7 out of 5

I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mother's Day and was told it'd probably get delivered a day before (spoiler alert: it didn't). It never arrived on Mother's Day either, I got a false "delivered" notification to which they said "We do that just because it's a busy holiday" and by the end of the day when it still didn't show, I was told it would arrive "as soon as possible" to which I assumed would be the next day (the 15th) and it never did. Then I was told it would arrive the day after (the 16th), but by then I didn't want it, just wanted a refund, to which they refused and said I had to accept the delivery. I spoke to about 4-5 different customer service agents and still, they refused to give me my money back and were forcing me to accept the delivery. The item did arrive on the 16th, they left it on my doorstep when no one was home (which a signature was required and the weather was sweltering), therefore the item was ruined and not consumable. Unfortunately, I used Klarna to pay for this item and Klarna won't back me up on my claim even with all the evidence to prove it so they're forcing me to pay. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS INSTEAD

I have a very serious complaint about this company, against my better judgement I chose to order a graduation gift for my very best friend to be delivered to her in California while I was out of the state.
I NEVER should have trusted this company for something so important.
About a month ago, I ordered a fruit bouquet with accompanying chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my very best friend since grade school, for her achievement of graduating from university with her Bachelors degree. I knew I was going to be out of the state for a baby shower I was being thrown by a friend of mine since I am having a baby later this year & she won’t be able to come out for it.
Not wanting my very best friend in California to have her achievement go unnoticed, I utilized this company’s products & delivery services to deliver something special to her while I was away. The delivery was supposed to be delivered to her home on Thursday 5/18/23, ahead of my best friend’s graduation ceremony which was to occur on Saturday 5/20/23.
I received an email stating at 8:40pm on Thursday 5/19 that the item was delivered, I contacted my best friend & asked her to verify if she did receive the items. She told me she did not receive it. She was home all day that day, no one ever delivered the items to her home. Her Ring camera also had no recorded evidence of someone delivering the items to her home. As I am pregnant & am very tired due to my current condition, I fell asleep quite early on Thursday night.
I called Fruit Bouquet.com on Friday morning 5/19/23 to voice my concerns & see what happened with my friend’s delivery. I reached a customer service representative who I could barely understand through his very thick accent. I told him the situation; he insisted that the item was delivered as that’s what the report showed on his end. I asked, “did your company take a picture of the delivered items on the doorstep?” He said “No, that the company actually contracts out the delivery of peoples orders” & my order specifically was delivered by a florist in my best friends’ area.
Can you believe that a company who charges so much doesn’t even give a tracking number? & they don’t even give a photo as proof of delivery either. & they don’t even call the recipients phone number ahead of the delivery to verify that my friend would be home as the delivery item included perishable items. Why would they even ask for the recipient’s phone number if they never even intended to use it & call? I spent $100+ on a fruit bouquet + the chocolate covered strawberries with the delivery fee & taxes etc.
On to the second part of my back-story with this bogus company…. After explaining all of this to the customer service rep, he said “ok we can get you a replacement sent to your friend”. Me, thinking that the only just replacement item to send to my friend would be EXACTLY what I had originally ordered in the first place; I was sadly mistaken.
The customer service rep said that for whatever reason my original ordered items were going to be unavailable to be delivered to my friend! How insane! He said that the replacement item they could order was some roses with chocolate covered strawberries. I was upset, emotional, silently crying on the phone getting ready for my baby shower… I just said, “ok whatever its fine”.
Days later after my friend’s graduation ceremony, Tuesday 5/23/23 the replacement item was delivered today. I thought it was going to be a grand display that was sent to my friend, instead it was a SAD dozen of roses & 6 chocolate covered strawberries. Not at all worth the $100 I spent.
Don’t ever use this company. Absolutely horrible & way overpriced!!!! I will never utilize this company or their services ever again, take my advice & DON’T order from them.

Late Delivery, No Compensation
I ordered two identical bouquets for two teachers in my child's school about six days ahead. One was delivered in the afternoon but the other was missing. I called customer service and spent 30 minutes on the phone verifying and re-verifying my order number only to find out that the other bouquet was supposed to arrive by 6 pm which was one hour past their declared time slot for non-residential addresses. Needless to say that the teacher who was to receive the gift had already gone home. I was told that if the recipient could not be reached they would make a new bouquet and deliver it the next day. No such thing happened. No compensation for an expensive fresh fruit bouquet that ended up sitting at the front desk overnight either. I will choose Edible Arrangements next time.

I ordered a fruit bouquet as an event gift for my good friend and next door neighbor. I submitted the order on March 7, 2023. It is now the second half of April 2023 (the 17th of April) and STILL no fruit bouquet delivery. I have contacted FruitBouquet's customer service center on multiple occasions, and have been assured the delivery would be made; yet nothing has been delivered. This amount of time and frustration is ridiculous; worst customer service ever.
Never arrived
The website said my order would be delivered on March 25th up until the point that I paid for it. After payment it said the delivery would be April 1st, which would be too late. I used the live chat on the website to complain to customer service, and they promised me it would be delivered on March 27th, which was still later than I wanted but I decided would be okay. It is now March 30th and it has still not been delivered. I used the chat again and they offered 50% refund and a coupon for next time, as if I could trust them again!
