Support Nightmare
We have a PS36 that required a new controller. The new controller lasted around a year before assistance was needed to help troubleshoot. A new PO was placed to get assistance, but even after paying them I have still been unable to get assistance. If you're buying one of these as a hobby machine, best of luck. Do not buy one of these if you are depending on it for work because as soon as you have an issue your machine will be down for months trying to get FSLaser support.
Initially customer service was good
Initially customer service was good. I then began having trouble with my machine updating & customer service became absolutely horrible!!! After spending my hard earned money on a muse laser, after about 4 years my machine's hard drive erased itself & no longer had any programming on it. FSL had me to send it in to them for them to only tell me it could not be fixed & that they no longer sold parts for my machine. When I asked then what could I do as I had spent lots of money on my machine & that it was not that old. The rep on the phone only responded, "Buy another one".
That's really crappy & bad business!!!
I will NEVER do business with FSL again!!!! To all of you looking to buy a laser, DO NOT buy from FSL!!!!! WORST mistake I've ever made!!!!

I can't say enough about this company from the sales to the support. Not know one thing about lasers, it was essential that I had support when I had questions. I've never had a question that hadn't been successfully answered in more than 15 minutes. The machine is amazing and I'm loving everything about it. Thanks FSL
Having problem with the laser marking
I'm revising my review. They finally got back to me and they are currently trying to help.My laser is 7 years old and they said it can't be fixed, they wound listen to my problem, now I've tried to call many times, sent a few emails, and tried to chat. So in the garbage it goes and I went and bought a Boss fiber laser. Their setup and support is amazing!!! what a different a company can make.

Customer Service after the sale is terrible. I bought a Muse Titan worked fine for about 6 months... Maintained and cleaned properly but after about 6 months there started to be little glitches nothing terrible just annoying little stuff. A year in they got even worse and I reached out to customer support several times EVENTUALLY they would get back to you and then give you a little bit of truly useless information 18 months in the machine stopped completely would not even power on. changed the power supply still nothing.
Customer support? Missing in Action. neven returned my emails calls nothing.

Beware!. Overpriced parts. Zero support
This company has horrible tech support who will often sell you something you don’t need or charge you 1500 for it when it costs 200. I literally bought a lcd replacement screen for 14$ shipping included when they wanted me to pay 350$ plus shipping. It’s obsurd. They also refused to give me any specifications on the broken screen I was trying to replace just so that I would be forced to go through them. That in addition to the issues I face with my Titan is more than enough reason that I would not purchase from then in the future.
Beware. If you buy from them prepare yourself for a rocky ride. Response time is anywhere from 14 days to over a month I’ve waited.

This company has horrible customer support. We have used their product for over 2 years. We bought a new laser tube and it died within 2 months. When we emailed about the problem they took weeks to respond, would not commit to a video call time (even though they initiated that idea), and eventually ghosted us. Truly disappointing and expensive as now I’ve dropped hundreds of dollars on a part that does not work.
Great Customer Support
Our Muse 2D machine is an essential piece of our business. It has worked great except for when we ran into a technical issue regarding the power supply.
This 5-star review goes out to the Customer support and Tech teams at Full Spectrum Laser. We got the Machine to them in Vegas, they were able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day.
We are very grateful for FSL's help in resolving the issue and getting us back up and running.
Impressed on the quality!
Bought a laser to engrave wine bottles at our small winery in CA. Was originally looking at one of the cheaper CO2 lasers but went with the FSL UV. Head over heels impressed on the quality!
Didn't know anything about lasers but…
Didn't know anything about lasers but needed to replace my old mechanical engraver. Was amazed by the camera demo on the FSL fibers! I just put down a quarter and the camera found it and engraved in under a second. Going to have fun with this!

Tried a Glowforge and they never answered my support emails for weeks. Sold it and bought a Muse 3D and it's awesome. Got a free training session with Tony to get me up and running and it's wonderful.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I was very interested in buying a laser for FSL. Their Muse Titan is very unique and appealing. A large CO2 laser that you can fit through standard doors. I had a few questions about it before I bought it, and it was extremely tough to get any answers. After a few weeks of emailing and calling I finally got a call back and it did not go well. The person on the phone couldn't answer any basic questions for me and nobody else there knew either. I try to buy US made machinery so I can get easy access to technical support if needed. But I got scared off before I made the purchase luckily.
Tech support needs help
I purchased a Muse Titan last January. (Free shipping and no tax since I purchased from Ultimate 3D Printing Store instead of Full Spectrum directly, so I saved about a thousand dollars but still spent nearly $10k on this machine) On November 25th the machine stopped powering up. I tried calling tech support but sat on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call disconnected. I then opened a ticket explaining the issue. Three days later they responded to the ticket instructing me to take the machine side cover off and send them a video showing any lights coming on. I sent the video and... no response.
I then sent a ticket reply asking if it is normal for a reply to take so long.
Finally on December 14th they instructed me to remove the boards from the machine and mail them to FS Laser. Which I promptly did. By December 21st they shipped the repaired boards back to me.
When I installed the boards the machine powers up but will not autofocus and the laser fires intermittently if I try to send a job.
I updated the ticket explaining the issue and once again heard nothing for a week.
Finally I called and waited on hold and got to speak with a guy who told me the engineers would be reaching out that day January 4th. It's now January 14th and I still have not heard back from them.
Not sure what to do now. My warranty expires at the end of this month.
I wish I had purchased a generic laser from China since parts and service items are readily available, and I wouldn't be limited to one company that could help with problems.

Thomas Moore Moore is an amazing sales representative he was very quick to get my quote to me I had it within 30 minutes. From the day I ordered my machine and paid my money down I had my machine within five days delivered. Hooked it up and it works amazingly great. This is my second laser machine from full spectrum laser I bought a 24 inch laser three years ago and it is still going strong. Great company great support I’m 100% a full spectrum fan!!!!
The worst support from any company I've dealt with.
I have owned 2 of their machines. The first one was a 5th gen hobby purchased in 2012 and then a Pro 24x16 in 2015. Their machines themselves are decent. The software is FULL of bugs and glitches that the company doesn't seem to care about fixing. But by far, the biggest problem with the company is the customer service and support. Any problem, big or small, is dealt with via email support only. They are slow to answer... you will only get one reply a day, so issues can take weeks to get resolved. Do not buy from them!

We have a Muse 3D 45W Auto focus and have had it for the last 2 years. We recently reached out to them to get some answers we were needed to assist our unit. All I can say is Fred and his team are 100% stand up people and always, always always help us in the best possible ways! Doesn't matter if we were just asking thousands of questions when we were learning how to use it or till now when we needed to update something. Super professional, kind and supportive. This is why we continue to use them for our laser needs!!
Bad company
Bad company, bad products. The company treats employees so badly and management is so bad that it could really have a nice product, but they choose to just go for the huge profit instead. Mike is the worst of all. He lies and sleeps with employees.
Not a nice place to work nor a nice place to do business with. Bad business and bad policies lead to bad product!! The reviews say it all!!! They aren’t good!
