We booked Future Health Biobank's services prior to our daughter's birth in January. We were debating between 3 different companies, but decided to go with FHB and we are very pleased we did. The package we took was for cord blood stem cells collection. The price we got offered was very competitive and there is Worldwide delivery in the event that we ever need to use the samples, which was one of the things we were looking for. From the start of the booking, to the sample process everything was explained step by step and followed through. The staff are able to answer any questions you may have and conduct themselves in a very professional manner. We were sent all relevant documentation via email plus consent to sign and two days later the sample box arrived at home. Our only obligation was to not forget it on delivery day. As we had a hospital delivery there were two Phlebotomist appointed, Jay, who personally called to introduce herself within 12h of being booked and a back up personal. It is advised that once you get into labour the birth partner occupies with contacting the Phlebotomist and courier as you may not be in the position to do that. We called the Phlebotomist on the way to the delivery room and let the hospital staff know that we are having our cord blood collected. Jay was very punctual and professional throughout. She was able to answer any questions we had.After she collected the sample we were told how many mls of blood the sample was and reminded to call the courier to collect the box. Courier was also punctual and professional. A few days later we had a call to let us know that the stem cells thawing was successful. We hope that our daughter will never need to use the sample but overall we are very pleased with the service from FHB and definitely recommend.

The birth of our daughter, now 5 years ago was pretty traumatic as my partner had to have an emergency C-section as there were complications. We only went in that day to see the consultant and discuss an induction for L. Baby’s heart rate dropped dramatically and we were suddenly ushered down to the delivery ward. We had already decided to use FHB to store stem cells and cord blood. Because the emergency Csection happened so fast FHB acted very quickly sending a collection agent over within the hour. He managed to harvest nearly the full amount of blood and a huge amount of stem cells. Much more than was expected. Thank you FHB you were extremely professional and helpful with everything.

After seeing an advert on stem cell banking at an antenatal appointment, I did some research and decided it was something that I would really like to do. Future Health Biobank were great at providing information and answering questions along the way. I would recommend them over any other company out there.

The customer service was poor , too many mistakes happened and the cord tissue was unsuccessful as well .

We collected our baby girl stem cells with this amazing company and we don't regret a second. For sure they can do it even if it's with a few hours before delivery! I will come back to them for the second time with no doubts.

We decided kind of last minute for this service but we received all the needed information prior to the procedure and just had to wait for the delivery date. It was a planned caesarean and we were contacted by our appointed nurse who would come to make the collection just outside the theatre. We just had to explain to the midwifes/ nurses at the theatre how to deal the placenta and the cord after the baby was delivered. In fact they did not follow our guidance precisely however the appointed nurse managed to get enough material for it to be called a successful sample.

Highly recommended. I was kept well informed throughout the process and had confidence that all would go smoothly. My phlebotomist was very quick to arrive and he even waited in the hospital with me all night. Thank you for your services!

An excellent service, the phlebotomist was a lovely lady called jay well experienced and reassuring, a star. Courier was on time. Overall no complaints.

First of all Future Health Biobank couldn't take the sample from the cord tissue and it is one of the reason we choose them so, 👎
And after I had my baby and until she was about 7mo we received calls and mails asking to pay the total despite of we said we will financial it and we are paying monthly! It means they are not well organised.
