Future Step Education have been excellent. This is the second course I have completed with them. They provide easily accessible, high-quality resources, with the great new addition of end-of- topic webinar videos. I have received fantastic and ongoing support from Stuart and Joshua throughout my course. Feedback has been both timely and detailed, providing me with constructive suggestions helping me to expand my knowledge and focus. L4 IQA & L3 CAVA – Outstanding Learning Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have recently completed the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices (RQF) (IQA L4) with Future Steps Education, and I can honestly say it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Prior to this, I completed my CAVA qualification with the same provider after being referred by a colleague - and once again, they did not disappoint. The entire process was seamless and well-structured, making it ideal for someone like myself who is balancing studies alongside a busy work schedule.

The teaching style is engaging, interactive, and highly supportive. The learning materials provided on Moodle were detailed and clearly laid out, which made it much easier to complete both the written assignments and practical assessment requirements with confidence.

A special mention goes to my tutor, Stuart, who was outstanding throughout. He was always quick to respond to emails, calls, or messages, and consistently provided detailed, constructive feedback that helped me improve both my work and my overall understanding. His support made a real difference to my learning experience.

I was also very impressed with the turnaround time - I received my certificate within one working week of submission and final feedback, which was fantastic.

Overall, I would highly recommend Future Steps Education to anyone looking to complete teaching, assessing, or quality assurance qualifications. I will certainly be returning to complete further courses with them in the future.

Before I embarked on my course with Future Step Education, I carried a heavy cloud of doubt over online learning. Misled by college lecturers who thought online education as unreliable, I was hesitant. Was such an easy process and the tutor and whole team are amazing to work with! I’ve done many courses but the support Future Step Education provided was like no other. I wish they did a level 6 course.

I have just completed my Level 5 in Education and Training and I couldn't be happier. The support from Stuart was incredible and I managed to complete the course under very difficult circumstances.

I have recently completed my level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. This journey was amazing as I was really support by Stuart Lenton (my course provider). I will definitely recommend Future Steps Education they are absolutely amazing in providing the best support that a student would want and need in order to complete their course successfully. I personally had a wonderful experience.

I already completed my fitness instructor level 2 with Future Step Education, and had a brilliant and well supported time during that. I recently have completed my Personal Trainer Level 3 now and can't thank my tutor, Stuart, enough for all his support. Whilst doing both these courses I have been in the process of doing my A-levels so having the freedom of no time bound has been incredible in managing my stress levels.

I've become a proud alumnus of this institution from where I've successfully completed my Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training. The program extended over nine units, eight observations, and over a hundred hours of teaching practice. Evidently, completing such an extensive program part-time, alongside full-time work, required support. Future Step Education offered this support, with excellent resources and access to a really helpful tutor, who was happy to interact as rarely or frequently as I needed. Successful completion of this program has now completed my eligibility to apply for the QTLS status, to gain further recognition as a teacher in further education.
