Well my star rating says it all, Absolutely amazing service from Stuart from start to finish. I had a problem with a previous training company doing my level 5 diploma education & training do i decided to find another provider & found future step education. Advised them of the problems i was having & Stuart from the start sorted everything out for me he was always available via phone or email & even through he says he will mark your assignments within 5 days this is not the case, most for the time its done within 24hrs... With the other provider i was waiting up to 7 days..Already looking at taking a few more courses as the service is just outstanding.

I have just finished an 11-month L5 DET programme and I can say it really has been great from start to finish. I worked mainly with Stuart who was our cohorts lead tutor and James who was supporting. I joined this course as a teaching assistant with very little knowledge and experience of leading on delivery, but now am moving into a full-time teaching role in my school.

The team at Future Steps are so supportive, and I was able to communicate with my tutors whenever I needed to. I have young children so evenings are the time I have to study and I often arranged support calls which were really useful. This course has been challenging at times but knowing there is help available whenever needed is great.

Everything about the course has been professional and organised and I can’t recommend it enough if you are looking at getting into teaching in the lifelong sector. Thank you to the staff, and I wish you all the best for the future.

I've just completed the Education and Training Award. It has been a great experience with Future Step Education and my tutor Theo has been really helpful throughout.

I recently completed the Level 3 Certificate In Fitness Instructing And Personal Training. The course overall is very detailed, interesting and easy to understand. The assessor has made the experience worthwhile with all his help, support and encouragement. He also ensured to find time to set up one to one zoom meetings so he can go more in detail about each module. All assessments are marked within a few days and there are swift replies to any questions you send via email. Overall this course has been a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience, would highly recommend.

Recently, I have completed the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement course. The course was very comprehensive and useful in my day-to-day job. So thank you so much for Future step education and Mr. Stuart for his kind cooperation and valuable feedback on time. I recommend this course to my colleague and friends.

I've just completed my Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training with Future Step Education. My experience was fantastic from start to finish! I've completed many courses over the years, with many different providers. The one thing that comes across straight way, is that the staff are there for you, and will help in any way they can. Theo was my course tutor - the support he gave was second to none, he always put me at ease and spent time making sure I understood what was needed. There seems to be hundreds of training providers out there, but if you're looking for one who will support you from start to finish, I highly recommend Future Step!

They've been brilliant. With so many companies out there, it can be a little daunting with who to choose to study with but I highly recommend Future Step!

With a WhatsApp group available, if you want to join, you can communicate with other like-minded individuals on the course and seek guidance from them too.
