Terrible
Terrible. Item never received as delivered to wrong address and then never found. Neither resolved through courier nor gadgetshack. Very unhelpful customer service.

Do not use this company is ts fraudulent. Bought a hoover it never arrived they didn't put a door number so it was returned to their warehouse which they denied at first then they said they would refund me and proceeded to send a counterfeit screen shot of a refund with incorrect card details so obviously it was never received and they tried to blame Google pay.
Absolutely awful company

You didn't receive the vacuum because you entered the wrong address when you ordered it.
You were refunded but you claimed you weren't and threatened us because you don't know your own cards.
If you believe it's fraud then we encourage you to dispute the charge and/or seek legal action. The fact that you threatened to dispute it but haven't implies that you did indeed receive the refund. We are a UK registered company so there shouldn't be any difficulty in litigation.

I ordered a branded cordless vacuum cleaner from Gadgetshack, almost 4 weeks waiting - tracker said it was on a flight from Shenzhen ....delivery finally arrived. It certainly was not the branded item I had ordered but a very very poor replica in a plain box, no instructions / guarantee. I emailed gadgetshack (Jonathan) he tried to tell me it was a mix up at the warehouse, offered 50% discount and they will get my correct product to me - which did arrive in 5 days!!! Please be careful when using this company, make sure you get the branded item you pay for. They have since blocked my emails as I have tried to forewarn them of my review comments. Shop elsewhere

Poor customer service
Order placed 16th Aug, 7 to 10 days delivery promised.Received a tracking link 21st Aug, as of 1st Sept the tracking link is still showing pre-transit.Don't make promises you aren't going to keep is my advice.I have had no contact from these people explaining why, 16 days after i placed the order, I haven't received my goods.

Nice clear view, good weight (not too heavy). Definitely would recommend if you want a decent binoculars for not too much money.

I made this account specifically to review this company. They sent me an item which was not the product advertised, then tried it on by telling me that it was the really, but it was just different branding. They don’t advertise the product I was sent, so it’s clearly a scam.
I commenced a return process and he was deliberate in trying to escape refund obligations by asking me about packaging etc. Thankfully I knew better so he wasn’t able to squirm his way out of doing the honest thing.
Avoid this store and spend your money somewhere that won’t try to rip you off with dodgy goods.
