Amazing face wash, the best in the market. I also purchased and tried one of the new face peelers and it is not as good as the previous face scrubs that I got from them which seems it has taken out of the menu.

I like the products. Honestly no complains

Je souhaite préciser que ma réclamation ne date pas d’aujourd’hui. J’avais déjà effectué une réclamation auprès de Galinée à la fin de l’année 2021 concernant ce problème.

À la suite de cette réclamation, un remplacement m’avait été proposé. J’avais refusé ce remplacement, car je ne souhaitais pas recevoir un nouvel article. Depuis, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée.

Je demande donc aujourd’hui le remboursement de 25€, qui n’a jamais été effectué.

Vous me dites qu’il fallait préciser ces éléments dès le début, mais je les ai déjà communiqués dans mes premiers échanges et je vous ai transmis toutes les preuves et tous les justificatifs disponibles dans mes différents mails.

Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir reprendre l’historique complet de ma réclamation et de procéder à son traitement, plutôt que de me demander à nouveau des informations que je vous ai déjà fournies.

Based on other reviews here I’ve been very unlucky. I ordered from the uk Gallinee site (having previously used and loved their products in France). I waited and waited for some sort of notification about dispatch. Nothing. Checked junk, nothing. Went to the website and was horrified to find my order had been cancelled!! I contacted support who were spectacularly unhelpful and just told me yes it was cancelled and they didn’t know why. I requested further information about who might know why and had no response. I had used a first order discount code so when I tried to order again this wouldn’t work. I asked if they could at least help with this and still no reply. My next day order has now taken two or more weeks and I’ve still not even managed to get it sorted. I very rarely write reviews but I feel I’ve been treated very poorly and wish there was somewhere else in the uk I could buy this brand but it seems to have disappeared from everywhere else.

The fact that this brand is French and very affordable

Its actually gorgeous, as someone with significant eczema on hands, i was sceptical but drawn in by the 'no soap' ingredient list. Ive always loved soap especially the smell, but was never able to use it due to allergies. This leaves me clean and fresh and not dry, really lovely on face, no scrubbing and pores are clear. Very happy will try more from the range
